Not only did they admit to overcharging me almost triple, but the remote starter and manual knob started melting/charring and when I reached out they offered to replace the remote. I contacted 3 other companies who said that it's clearly the wrong set for my fireplace and could not be salvaged. I was told the only solution was an entirely new set for $1800.00. Brick and Ember offered no solution and I would never want them in my house again. Do NOT use the company. I would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience.
