My experience as a volunteer was great!! I always thought staff were so friendly, very patient and kind, and the activities seemed so fun for the adults! They had holiday parties, games, TV/shows playing, people singing, and the whole environment just seemed super safe and fun. I'm sure the older folks in there preferred to be home, as aging and being less independent is a huge change in life. I'm so glad they have places like this that exist that actually care & treat not only staff and patients well, but families and volunteers too! This is coming from someone who is now 35! I thought this way back in HS! This place really opened up my eyes for the profession I am in now, Social Work! The time arrived when she could no longer live independently and through an amazing home placement specialist, Louie Caraig, I found Infinite Love Residence 2 an absolutely stunning residential property, immaculate and well-appointed in the upscale neighborhood of Amalfi Hills, Yorba Linda. My Mom resided under the best care possible in loving hands, safely with Infinite Love Home Care owned by Gina (Giannina) and Jed Adolfo (Mom called him JP). Gina, a registered nurse, and her husband are a wonderful couple, honest and caring who treat all clients as their own family. They strive to give the best in everything. Mom had her own beautiful comfortable room, gifted caregivers 24-7, access to in-home coordinated medical appointments, med management, healthy personalized meals of choice, daily activities, music, aromatherapy, and gentle hygienic personal care. Mom needed special attention with meals and other needs which Infinite Love's Home Care staff enthusiastically provided at all hours. Holidays were blessed with catered meals, festive decor, music, celebration, and warmth. Infinite Love's Home Care management, caregivers, and support team are highly skilled and treat all clients with dignity and compassion. I was always contacted when questions arose, or my Mom needed anything. It was wonderful to partner with the care team and I was always treated kindly and respectfully as my Mother was. My Mom thrived at Infinite Love Residence 2 for nearly 3 years. I was able to visit at any time or call and speak with her. I had the freedom to be present and available for my Mom even though we were living in separate residences. During my Mom's final days I was welcomed to stay by her side and helped care for her day and night. Gina, Jed, and the Infinite Love Home Care staff are rare and unique. I paid a $500 deposit through Zelle on behalf of my brother to reserve a place at Chapman Rose. My brother ultimately decided not to move in and never received any services from the facility. There was no signed contract or written agreement stating that the deposit was nonrefundable or that it would be used for administrative fees. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the deposit would not be returned unless my brother stayed at the facility for at least two days. I am disappointed with how this matter was handled and believe the refund terms should have been clearly explained in writing before accepting the deposit. I encourage prospective families to ask for all policies, especially deposit and refund terms, in writing before making any payment.

Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle.
