I was very thorough when I completed my forms in explaining my previous experiences & why I wanted to see Dr. Cook. I went in to my appt. today (Saturday) & was first shocked when I was asked for about $35 for uncovered X-rays that I would need that I wasn't forewarned about during any of the calls/texts made to me. Then, I was told there was an extra fee for using a card to pay this unexpected fee. Ok, I let that slide. During my cleaning with Val, I learned that Dr. Cook wasn't even there & I'd be seeing his associate. Ugh! Did they not read my paperwork??? I don't want to see his associate. I don't trust dentists at this point & was specifically giving Dr. Cook a chance, so please try to understand my disappointment by this entire appointment at this point. I spent 1.5 hours there to see someone else just to be told that I can come back to see Dr. Cook on a Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. I have to wait now until I can be off during the week to meet him & that's not going to be anytime soon. I made my next appointment for a cleaning, but I'm not sure if I'm even going. Im basically giving them a 3 star because the people I met were friendly. They just need to be more transparent & upfront about fees & make sure they are scheduling patients with who they actually want to see. After seeing the other dentist, my hygienist left me with another associate who did a panoramic scan on my mouth (I truly don't know why). From there was I taken to the front desk to check out. There was no flossing me. I didn't get a new toothbrush like at other dentists. What I did get was a cute cup at the end though. Thanks, Deja!

The technician was super friendly. She worked her magic and an hour later I walked out with a bright white smile. Everyone should give this a try! It's a super quick and easy way to look better. A friend even said I looked younger but couldn't figure out why.

I haven't even seen these people and already they were difficult and the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude and instead of saying "we understand and have a good day bye" she said "I agree" when I just said it isn't a good fit at this time. This lady has no business running an office . I usually try to refrain from leaving bad reviews but I have to let people know this happened so others don't experience this. I'm really sad . My therapist recommended them and I can't use them now. If I am spoken to like a 3 year old over the phone, I can only begin to imagine what my in person experience would've been. Not The place for autistic people as they interpret every tone of voice that is a lower tone to be someone upset with them and they make commands like they're training a dog with you.

Good care as usual but terrible on billing and letting patients know the truth before a procedure…read more I was lied to about medical coverage for a stupid apnea guard. Told everything was covered and in-network. They even had to do a prior auth. And then sent the order to another provider, you guessed it, out of network. So, they send me a bill for several thousand dollars with no other contact. Like it's no big deal. Billing is kinda like, eh, nothing we can or will do now. Just awful business practices. I can guarantee I won't be back unless they come up with a fix. I hate to change but things like this are what ends businesses and rightfully so. It seems to be going downhill fast.

Not only did Darlene schedule the 2 different sessions 3 hours apart, but she failed to respond to my wife's text message noting the significant time difference. She then made her wait a half hour at reception just to tell her that she'd moved all her other appointments forward. We both took time out of our schedules for this, just to be refused service. Maybe their work is outstanding, we wouldn't know, but the customer service and communication is substandard, as such we'll find another salon.

I caught myself a couple of times falling asleep. It was definitely worth it especially when you one of those kinds of weeks that tempt to bring the worst out of you.
