I will say when I called for an emergency he was able to come within the hour which is a major plus. My sewer pipe broke 150 ft away from my house. First he couldn't find the access in the pipe and said I had to smash my toilet (which I did). Then he found the access afterwords (so the toilet didnt have to be smashed). His camera also broke a part of my concrete steps becuase of its weight. The cost for a new toilet and installation and step repair was approx $500 that I felt was not needed. He charged me approx $3000 for 2 days of full work and a couple 1 hour days (all seperate bills) He charged me $650 to install a pipe which took him approx 1 hour and he said to get his camera out of his truck is a min. $400 charge. I was in a real jam so I had to do it, but I felt the price was high. The first trip I felt he was fair for the work he did, but the last was on the high side and was upset about having to replace toilet/stairs. read more

Just had Willy come to investigate our sewer line, which we suspected had a break. He was extremely professional and friendly. Used his state-of-the-art camera to check the line and found that, although there was no break, we had a lot of tree roots infiltrating the line. He spent over an hour snaking the line to clear as many of the roots as possible. He was extremely diligent in trying to make sure it was clear. He made sure to show me all the steps so that I could understand what he was doing and see where the problem was. After two days of troubleshooting a clog in my plumbing, I was convinced the problem was not in the house but in the sewer line. I called the Clog Dr. and was told they could be at my house within the hour. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Willie and his son MacArthur quickly found the problem which was tree roots clogging the sewer line from the house to the street. The clog was 106 feet from the house. Willie installed a two bladed root cutter on his snake and that worked O.K, but didn't get all or the roots. Then he installed a single blade cutter that got even more of the roots and cleared the clog. But, we didn't leave it there, he then used a Jetter (4,000 psi) pressure washer with a cutting head to remove all of the remaining roots and to clean out the pipe. During the process he used a video camera that provided color video of the entire pipe. I could see how clean it was when he was through. The price was also very good. I highly recommend these guys to resolve any type of clog in your plumbing! read more

Willy is awesome!!! Comes in with a smile, gives you an honest estimate of costs, and is extremely knowledgeable in all things clog-draining. Professional all the way! We used him for the second time in our house (two separate drain lines). Same problem, the previous owner didn't do much of a job maintaining her lines, so one of the main drain lines was stuffed with tissues and other delightful morsels. After 15 minutes of looking around, poking and prodding, walking around our property outside, running some water here and there, he gives a confident, and more importantly ACCURATE, assessment of what's going on. He sets himself to work. Mind you, I get that sometimes being a plumber isn't the most pleasant job, but Willy goes about his business like a man on a mission. He persisted with the stubborn clog for an hour - not once complaining about the difficulties of his work. Each time I check up on him, there's a genuine smile, and he educates me on what's going on, why it's happening, and what things I can do to help prevent this happening in the future. After he clears the clog, he offers to use his camera scope for an additional fee - nominal amount considering the piece of mind it gives. Using the camera, he shows me the state of the main line (fortunately in good shape), explaining along the way the things I'm seeing. After the job was done, he cleaned up after himself. By the way, he didn't get any unnecessary splatter around the house. Considering the nature of the job, he was exceptionally clean, making sure to immediately vacuum spills that inevitably occur in cleaning out a clogged main line with backed up water. Third time is is charm! My fiancé and I just bought and moved into our home, not even two weeks later we had plumbing issues. Called one guy, temporary fix and when we called to see if he could come back out he told us he didn't have a snake. What plumber doesn't have a snake?!
