    The covina facility was very clean and quite to sleep at, only 1 other person was there and I couldn't hear them all night. Bedding was clean , mattress was adjustable . Furniture was a bit worn but all in all very nice.

    This sleep study center is top notch! I came by to pick up a home device and the office staff and owner were amazing. They answered all of the questions I had and were just super friendly, mind you this is my first time having a sleep study so I was nervous but again with the staff they had, there were no problems whatsoever and they made me feel secure and comfortable. The process was quick and easy, they demonstrated on how to put on and work the device, everything was very informative. I had to schedule another study but for in lab which is an overnight stay. I was somewhat afraid because I mean I never stayed anywhere alone, but as soon as I got there, I was greeted by the night tech and they were also friendly and made me feel comfortable again while they were explaining the process on what they were going to do. Their rooms looked like a hotel stay which was cool, there are TV's in the rooms which was a plus because it helps me fall asleep. Other than that, this was a great experience and thank you to my doctor for referring me out to this facility! Everything was FABULOUS! Thank you Preferred Sleep Solutions!!!

    715 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more I came an hour early to the Quest Lab to find out if they'd take me early before my appointment time as a walk-in. Not sure if it'll happen as I already have the standing appointment. The self service kiosk is easy to use, there are four machines near the entrance. Plenty of parking spaces here at the medical plaza. There's a constant arrival of patients, so not likely to be seen earlier than the appointment time. I have no idea when walk-ins would be seen as appointments have priority. I don't recommend trying to get here any earlier than ten minutes. The restrooms are clean, however, there's no wall mounted soap dispenser. That's such a big miss! Super silly having that gallon sized pump hand soap on the cabinet away from the sink. The hand dryer works well, there are no paper towels. This one is weird too, I was given a small plastic double Dixie cup with lid instead of the medical grade plastic urine collection cup. Hmm... Not sure if that was because I had to go before she had a jar ready and labeled. My phlebotomist was professional, yes. But she wasn't as good as the other one I had previously. All I care about is that they're able to collect the blood sample on the first insertion of the needle. Don't miss! Haha.

The waiting room is large and they have long business hours from 5a-5pm. I don't love getting my lab drawn in general but I am happy to have this location close to my house. Mobile check in is nice.

    Accurate rating description for two starts is "could've been better." This place only has PA/NP…read moreand no MD on site. They have the capability to draw blood and send to lab for stat orders. Unfortunately, what they lack ends up a longer list. The first MA was unable to get a vial of blood and said someone else would try on my other arm with a straight needed (vs butterfly). She left me without even putting a bandaid on the arm she poked and I had to struggle to put the bandaid on one handed while still maintaining pressure on it. Next MA comes and draws blood and when she's done she yelps I don't have a cotton ball (to put on the vein she just drew out of) and my blood is just pooling while she puts a bandaid on. Luckily I'm well versed enough to know I needed to put pressure on my bandaid. The NP who saw me was new to (per the MA) she really didn't put my mind at ease. Her expertise and knowledge seemed lacking based on the answers to my questions. First thing she asked me was, why are you here and not the ER? I told her my PCP sent me here because she didn't feel it necessitated a ER visit. She wanted me to be evaluated by YOU to assess and in your medical opinion, do I need to be seen further or what course of action next? She swabbed me for flu and covid and I verbally questioned her because I had isolated severe GI symptoms. She said sometimes those present wither GI only. Does it? I don't know, I'm not an MD but I'm also someone who works in healthcare and it didn't feel like the proper procedure. When I asked if she would be ordering any stool samples, I heard through my closed door "do we do that?". Ok, she's new, I'll give her that...but she comes back in and says "if you'd like to have the order for stool testing I'm happy to give that to you." Am I the md or am I the patient? I came here for your professional medical opinion! Do I?! So after I kindly communicated that I am looking to her for her opinion as the expert whether or not my symptoms necessitate an order, she still doesn't quite give me a direct answer! I haven't been to that many urgent cares, but I've come to see a trend that many of the urgent cares that are owned by a company with multiple locations don't have MD's on staff physically there. That said, I've also noticed the trend that many provide sub-par care.

    Not a fan. This place is a huge machine and feels like the cattle ranch…read more Came here for with a friend who had an appointment here. It was a huge office and the waiting room was huge, and very busy. It was very overwhelming. The wait was almost an hour even with an appointment. Parking was very hard as well. The front desk staff were not particularly nice or friendly, they all seem swamped. Just a very busy office. Appointments are 1-2 months out.

After my appointment, I was instructed to pick up a referral for lab work at the front desk. I gave my first and last name when asked, but the staff member handed me paperwork belonging to a completely different patient whose personal information showed. Another staff member briefly reviewed the document and confirmed it was correct. As I was leaving, I noticed the name on the paperwork did not match mine, so I brought it to the attention of a third front desk employee, who also told me it was fine. Despite being reassured multiple times, the information clearly did not belong to me. I went outside, reviewed it again, and returned because it still seemed incorrect. The same staff member then redirected me back to the original person who gave me the paperwork, without acknowledging the mistake. Finally, a fourth staff member reviewed the situation, apologized, and provided the correct documents. At least three staff members approved and allowed me to leave with another patient's medical paperwork. This is not a small error and raises serious concerns about patient safety and privacy. If this had involved condition specific lab work or if I was pregnant, the consequences could have been significant. Front desk staff should be verifying patient identity carefully before handing out medical documents. Basic checks, like confirming full name and date of birth, would prevent situations like this.
