I went to urgent care. All staffs are kindly. Appointment no needed. I walked in. They right away signed my name. They took care of me right away. I waited for 20 mins. I noticed this Urgent care has orthopedic PA. They take worker's comp. They take personal injury. They do DOT drug screening , Covid test and X-ray every day. I recommend A& C Urgent care if my friend needs. This is No. one. read more

This place gives you the run around and miss information. If your looking for quicker results on xray. Scan elsewhere... they send your image out and wait for the results to come in. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR INVEST FOR THE EMERGENCY ROOM ; Let's start by saying that the staff isn't too knowledgeable with what they're saying nor doing. Nothing wrong with internships. But when ur having an URGENT MATTER and you're not being attended quickly that's defeats the purpose of this place. They had me waiting for 30 min. And as I finally made it to the room; The wait began, once AGAIN. One fucking hour to be exact. And then the "Dr." Didn't even know wtf fuck was wrong with my pain. He only went based of my theory. Meanwhile I was in sooo much pain, he proceeds with telling me his stories! So unprofessional. And he prescribed me a bunch of GARBAGE! When he had not even properly diagnosed me. He ASSUMED. Luckily I SAVED MY MONEY BECAUSE THE SHIT HE PRESCRIBED WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I Soon went to St. Joseph Hospital; and the Service and atmosphere were a complete change. They actually diagnosed me and found my pain to be different than what that barbaric "Dr" had assumed. I was scammed and spent $100 upfront for a BARBARIC MAN HE WOULD NOT EVEN MEDICATE ME NOR PROPERLY DIAGNOSE ME. This place is a Joke. Save your money pls!!! read more

The worst agent care ever. Dont bother yourself to come here. The employee didnt give himself hardtime to find my results. I was supposed to be here today morning to get my results. I was lucky that I kept the receipt for how much i paid. The guy told me I should do chest xray while i didnt do it before. I showed him the receipt & then he tried to act that everything is ok. The urgent care is too dirty & smelly. I was there for almost 30 minutes & i was lucky that i had a mask. Real headache! DO NOT COME IF IT IS FOR A CHILD. They do not see pediatrics here. They need to change their information from their own business. It is not a family practice - since they don't see families. Only adults. Also the person who told us was pretty rude about it. When we walked up the steps he was at the door and asked why we were there. I said it was for my son and why and he said "We don't see pediatrics here" and when I said it was on their website and yelp that it's a family practice, he said "I'm not lying to you, we don't see kids". I thought that was super rude. I wasn't saying he was lying. I was informing him their website and yelp was wrong so maybe they should change it. On June 29, 2019 at about 7pm. I visited this clinic to stop a small but constant bleeding from a small area where four stitches were placed the day before for the removal of a cyst. Apparently the wound became slightly open over nite - causing the small but constant bleeding. The attending "doctor" who several times claimed to be a surgeon apparently was disabled since he was unable to stand up from his chair to perform any proper procedure required. In addition the electrical floor pedals failed to function properly to adjust the examination table. This "doctor" insisted repeatedly there was "something wrong with my blood" and so it did not coagulate, again insisting "he knew what he was saying because he was a surgeon", with his faithful assistant nodding her head in agreement each and every time. This "doctor surgeon" but a band aid and told me to go somewhere else for blood tests. !!!!! including "full platelet and vitamin K deficiency" !! I left and went to St.Jospeh Emergency Room in Orange, Ca. - they inspected the small wound and the four stitches. They placed two more stitches to properly close the wound and stop the bleeding. No more bleeding, no more problems, no blood tests. Stitches removed 10 days later with no problem. This clinic have incompetent attendants, the "doctor surgeon" due to his disability was unable to stand up and do any required procedure. I doubt they even had anesthetics syringes or stitches available to do the necessary "simple emergency". At this clinic you will receive incompetence, poor medical care, or worse. BEWARE !! A message here to the "doctor surgeon" who repeatedly insisted "I know what I'm saying .. I'm a surgeon .." then you should know basic rule #1 of emergency care? ... STOP THE BLEEDING !!! read more

This place is unorganized and too small for proper social distancing. The front desk staff are absent mindedly greeting people and just having them sign in instead of engaging to see if a person can be seen there or not. I called ahead, asked if they took my insurance and was told yes. I arrived, then waited an hour just told be told that I couldn't be seen there! I went here a week ago. The girl at the desk has no customer service skills at all. She answers very unprofessional. She seems unhappy. I just called again to inquire about covid testing and again, she answered very rude. I asked, what is the waiting time to get covid tested? She said, An hour! An hour! I didn't get to ask my other questions. I wanted to know if that is for test result only or too been seen? Lady, people are coming to this facility because they are sick. People are not feeling well. People are scared, worried and the last thing they need, is attitude. I held my tongue when I was there last time. Because I don't like to be rude. You just never know what people are going through. Dr.'s bedside manners: He didn't wear gloves. He touched my covid test without wearing gloves. His white jacket was so dirty, it had black stains on the pockets. Like, it has not been washed in days. I had to get a drug test done for employment and of course the company messed up my paperwork. All was okay though because Nick really helped me out. He was the one to help me at the front desk and then took his time to help figure out my paperwork. He even a little after closing to make sure I was able to finish it up. GO someplace else! Save yourself! This is by far the WORST clinic I have ever been to. The doctor refused to provide a renewal for a much needed medicine! He seems to think that he's better or more efficient than all the other doctors who just wrote the blasted prescription without hesitation. He recommended the emergency room, the looney bin, psychiatric evaluation- he wouldn't hear us when we tried to explain to him that those things cost more money than we HAVE! 1st day of vacation at Disneyland and unfortunately sick, so came here. Office is actually on the second floor suite 200, Paid $40 copay but she did advise that it would be $100 for out of network. Checked in at 10:20am and left the office at 11:20am. Ben brought me back and took my vitals. Very friendly and asked a lot of questions to take notes for the doctor. Within minutes a PA came in and diagnosed me with Sinus infection, prescribing me antibiotics and told me to get over the counter Flonase and Zyrtec. I like how the doctor treated the kids, very nice & gentle, & prescribed them antibiotics & other medications. Again, I went last week because my knee was giving me problems. Then the doctor told me that it's going to take 48 hours to get the xrays back mind you he still hasn't told me what's wrong with my shoulder. Then he told me I should go the doctor next door to him while I wait for the xrays so that's another 250 they want me to spend. My husband fell and hit his head on the concrete. I took him to A&C Urgent Care in Cerritos near us. A&C Urgent care refused to treat my husband. The receptionist at the Cerritos clinic said they only accept PPO Insurance. My husband is a Veteran and we have Medicare and TRI-CARE. She then said they don't accept TRI-CARE. I was in need of an urgent care after having my cold worsen from travel. I came here based on the reviews I saw, and I was not disappointed. After being taken back, I was asked a series of questions and had my height, weight, etc. taken. I felt like the pre-screen process was good and time was really being taken to understand my symptoms. After the initial screening, the Dr. came in 5 minutes later. He reviewed my symptoms and explained to me what was going on. I did not feel rushed. I am thankful for being able to be seen at this urgent care while on a work trip and was able to travel back home more comfortably. Ranking 4 out of 5 because it took me an hour to be seen (even though it was just me and another in the waiting room). Also, I'm used to seeing a sink in Dr. office's room for the to wash their hands but the Dr. did put on gloves when he checked my vitals. read more

I was in the area on a business trip and of course I get sick after just two days of traveling to the Anaheim area. I came here to get a rapid COVID-19 test which I had an appointment for. The receptionist was just rude and nasty. And of course when I asked to speak to the person in charge I was already speaking to her. If it wasn't because I needed the results back rapidly I would've have definitely went somewhere else. But being from out of town this was the closest place to my hotel that was doing rapid COVID-19 testing. Would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. I came in, had lost my voice for about 3 days felt there was something wrong. Dr did a strep test since I thought that's what it was. He was very honest and blunt when it came out negative, that he didn't want to take advantage or charge me more then necessary bc what I had goes away on it's own. This 5 star review is for Kunthy and the rest of the staff NOT the Dr. Kunthy was so respectful and helpful since he first made my appointment to be tested for covid-19 he let me know all times i had available to go in and made sure i knew the address before hanging up. The day of my appointment the front staff took care of me quickly, as soon as i walked in i was greeted even though she was already with a patient before me they acknowledged my presence right away wich felt a little welcoming. They let me know my insurance plan unfortunately didn't cover URGENT CARE and asked if i wanted to go threw with the visit of course i needed to know so i was fine paying the test fee. They took me back quickly and as soon as i heard the deep voice i knew it was the guy that scheduled me, even he was so nice and said "ohh we spoke i made your appointment i remember your name Marla" he made small talk to not make it awkward or too silent let me know the run down b4 anything happened. The then comes in first off Dr called me the wrong name, i corrected him and he gave me a weird look i always got called Maria not MARLA so I'm used to it but still want to be called by the correct name just like he would like to be called Dr not hey Mr, he ignored my correction and freaking did it AGAIN like really man everyone else in this office got it right but the darn Dr then to do the same again wow buddie thanks. Kunthy comes back in he gets back into how the test will go down some words of advice on how to just take it and in he went, his voice was calm and soothing so i feel i was relaxed just by his tone naturally and he didn't shove the rod up aggressively. He was so calm and caring during the whole procedure, i would compare the feeling of the test to a tattoo, it's uncomfortable but you just take it. Despite the rain and freezing cold, this was a very pleasant experience. I had to get an emergency rapid covid test for work and they quoted about an hour wait. It definitely was a lot quicker than an hour! All my questions were answered and I never felt uncomfortable or left wondering. The nurse doing the test was nice and quick. The test isn't pleasant but it's also not the worst thing in the world. Stop being so dramatic! My results were ready in less than 5 min and I was on my way. Definitely recommend this place read more
