The driver called me and their name was listed as Hussein Mohdkhi on the caller ID. Upon arrival to my pep boys location, the driver mentioned that the payment would go through him and that he only took cash or Zelle. I asked again that this was through pep boys and showed him. My fault for having good faith in people as he explained yes it was through him. Once I got inside the employees in pep boys mentioned that the driver lied and was supposed to notify them once we had arrived. Terrible customer service from the driver and company. I learned that the driver came from the country Jordan and spoke Arabic.
