I am extremely disappointed with Falcon Towing. We are AAA members and called for assistance simply to unlock my grandmother's car. Instead of focusing on the service we requested, the technician quickly turned the visit into a sales pitch and tried to convince my 90-year-old grandmother that she needed a new battery. Thankfully, we had the battery checked elsewhere and learned there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It is deeply upsetting to see an elderly customer pressured into buying something she did not need. Seniors deserve to be treated with honesty and respect, not viewed as an easy sales opportunity. In my opinion, trying to sell an unnecessary battery to a 90-year-old woman during a simple roadside assistance call is unethical and unacceptable. We trusted AAA to send someone who would help us, not someone who would try to take advantage of my grandmother. I expected much better, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend Falcon Towing. read more

From James, to Glenn to each person that followed up and made sure we were satisfied and SAFE. We needed a tow and Glenn (Glen) arrived and got us locked in oh so very quickly. He made sure we felt safe and endured all would be okay. He got our vehicle to our home safely. We received texts to let us know where they were along the way. But they stand out from all of the rest with the professionalism, respect, kindness and empathy that they offer. Called AAA because of an issue with our well known brand of EV where it died on the side of the road. We were assigned to Falcon with an eta of 52 minutes. Falcon came in about 30ish and knew exactly how to handle our EV since it happens all the time. Drop off at the dealership was close by only a 3 mile ride. It's a total buzzkill when you disembark a cruise ship after a fun trip to find there's a huge nail in the tire, and on Thanksgiving Day. Luckily I used my AAA app for assistance and they dispatched a technician named William out to meet me inside the parking lot. William saw the problem, got to work with his tools to open the spare compartment, swap out the tires and properly inflated the spare so I can safely get home. He was fast, efficient and friendly. I normally don't leave reviews...but definitely had to for this one...I placed call for tow service through AAA at 12nd within minutes got a call from Falcon Towing guy said they were on their way and the 10 minutes later got text saying they were busy and would be at least an hour wait....then almost an hour later I got another text saying the same thing so now its almost 2 hours later and still no tow...so called them and tried to cancel they said they were only tow to service area and if I canceled and called again it would only make my wait longer...so 3 hours later called AAA back and spoke to manager who stated they are sorry and didn't realize this happened... and they would send someone else out... and within 5 minutes I had another tow at my location... they even made it home before me...an hour after I was home FALCON TOWING... came me and said where v are you we are looking for you about your tow service. I have AAAplus membership. Battery replacement is free, per AAA Website. I was unknowingly up-charged $35 for "Terminals/Difficult Install additional labor." There is a simple panel that needed to be removed. Gave me a final total and I signed without questioning it, because they are AAA approved. In 24 years, AAA has always had the best prices and I thought prices were fixed. I also asked if there was a cash discount and he said I would save $2, so I paid by cc. Did not explain that there is a $6 "Convenience fee." He emailed the invoice and asked if I received it. I did, but did not bring it up on my phone, as it is too small for me to see. Car broke down on freeway in gardena. Called aaa, they got falcon to come get me. They sent a newbie to tow my car. He scratched the front lip while he was bringing it onto the ramp. I saw it with my own eyes plain and simple. I complained and asked for them to fix it for me. I know my lip was flawless before he scraped it loading it on the ramp because I had just picked up the car after painting the lip! Car was in perfect condition before they towed it. They sent a manager and he took pics and they came back with an excuse saying there's no way those scratches were made by towing the car. Pretty lame and not taking responsibility. The most pathetic excuse of a company I've ever experienced. Not sure why AAA partnered up with such garbage. I called AAA and was told Falcon towing will be coming within an hour, the woman on the phone with Falcon towing was EXTREMELY rude and needs additional customer service training. I called back an hour and a half later and she told me a tow truck will arrive in 30 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and she claims there is no record of my claim on file, at this point it was two hours of waiting for a tow. Again, pathetic excuse of a company. I even let them know they sent me a text message that they received my request. The rude woman on the phone lacked basic listening comprehension. I've had to have my car towed twice within 24 hours, and I received excellent both times. I had a shredded tire on the driver side after driving over an unseen pot hole, and I called AAA, and the towing company was Falcon. My first tow was on the night of this past Thursday, February 26th. While I think the driver's name was James, he arrived in a reasonable amount of time, was courteous, efficient, and professional. He got me to my house and dropped my car off in my parking space safely. The next day, Friday, February 27th, I called AAA again because now, I had to buy tires, and Falcon was the company to take the assignment. This time, my driver was Jeffrey Castellanos, and again, he was top notch. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! Contacted AAA for flat tire and they sent me a tech from Falcon , tech who came to change tire did not know what he was doing, he was probably new because he installed the wheel studs incorrectly to the point were 1 of the wheel studs broke, he even told me after it broke that he had a feeling that was going to happen, so I asked how come he did not tell me that before the fact but he did not know what to say. When tech called his manager who was on speaker right away asked If I had already sign the waiver? When spoke to manager James, he said it was because car is old and things can happen. Had to take my car to tire shop and paid $125 to get it fixed because Falcon is not responsible for any damages. At the tire shop another stud broke when removing spare tire, they said and even showed me studs were installed incorrectly not because car is old.
