Worst towing company ever! I had to wait outside for three and a half hours. Completely unacceptable service

AAA really bungled this call by first assigning me to Inter City Towing on Alameda in LA. After three hours or so, that one just dumped the call. AAA was back to square 1 and I was furious. AAA found Evercare and the response was a very reasonable 1 hour with the truck arriving at 4:30pm on a Friday Super Bowl Weekend. The first call was made 4 hours earlier. Jerome is tops. I was so mad when he arrived. His cool vibe just calmed right down. He shared his drink at 7-11. I probably talked his ear off because we were just chatting up everything and chilling to old school Hip Hop. The icing on the cake: From Alameda/Olympic to Harding Honda in 1hr 10 min leaving at 4:40pm. without driving crazy or stupid. Made it look easy, ya dig? read more

Absolutely Disgusting service. Take it from me, from someone who received their service. Not from whoever paid them to give 5 stars. Waited a whole day for service. More than 24 hours. After sitting in the same spot for hours (7:12pm -11:25pm) due to a misdirection of city coordinates. Just when I was truly done with AAA, EverCare Tow driver Paul arrived. My Sequoia had a special axel challenge so care was truly needed. Being a daughter of a towing instructor and Lifetime AAA member, seeing the teamwork from Paul, Marquis & Kenny was great. The driver of the tow company was nice enough guy, although they did charge $250.00 for a 12 mile tow, I was told "We can't take a credit card right now because no one is in the office, just cash, I can drive you to a ATM". Later I received quotes from other tow companies no higher then $125.00. If this helps someone. Cool. Lesson learned. ;-) read more

Beware!!!!! You'll be very very regretful. This towing company's one of the worst ever. Once you get towed you'll get super highly charged towbill and can't get out the car anytime you want. Don't use this towing company. They are Nevercare not evercare. They never care you and your car. read more

Requested a vehicle towing through AAA and unfortunately because of miscommunication it took 3+hrs to get a driver out. Finally Keith came to the rescue towed my car a few miles to my home and was able to engage in great conversation apologized for the delay. Overall great service read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called triple A around 2:00PM to request towing services and they informed me that Evercare would be taking my request. I waited almost 6 hours in a questionable neighborhood alone and the tow truck never arrived. They didn't even have to courtesy to call me or update me. I was the one trying to hunt them down. It almost seemed like they would avoid my calls on purpose. Towing companies through triple A usually take 20 minutes to an hour max. After waiting for 2 hours, I called Evercare and they said they would be there in an hour. Two hours passed again and they didn't show up or notify me of any delays. I called again and the person said he would assign my request to someone else because the original technician's car broke down. Why does it take that long for the dispatcher to say something? After another hour and a half of waiting, it began to get dark and I did not feel safe. I ended up calling another towing company nearby and paid for the services. If I would have known how unresponsive and unprofessional Evercare was, I would have never waited so long. I understand that things get hectic but it only takes a 2 minute call to let a customer know that they are understaffed and can't get to my service request. Apart from that, I noticed the technician status on my AAA app changed consistently! Almost as if the technicians kept passing the case over to one another. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. This company was sent to me VIA triple A because my car had a flat tire. I made sure to tell triple A That it might need towing because I couldn't see how severe the tire was damaged. After waiting over 2 hours on the side of the highway with my daughter in the car, truck 29 pulls up at Approx 2:34am 10/30 and checks the tire. He finds that it can not be filled with air and has to be towed and tells me that There's nothing he can do IN A TOW TRUCK because he came out for an air fill. Imagine my shock when he runs off to his car and attempts to drive off and also has a person inside who doesn't work for the company. If you aren't going to do your job correctly then get a different job. He then tells me to report the manager because he's telling him to move on and go to the next stop when In fact he couldn't complete his job because there would be no room in his car for the two of us because of his guest rider. The worst part of it all was his brush off at the fact we are stranded in a very dangerous section of the highway. This guy and the manager should all be fined and fired. If you ever break down pray that this company is not the one that comes to your rescue you will not be helped. read more

I was quoted on price over the phone $100 and as soon as the guy showed up it was $134 in addition to this he tell me that he doesn't have the proper equipment to tow my truck so he had to call another guy to do it. First of all He didn't do anything. Second guy shows up and on top of the $134 I still have to pay $85. I call the office to speak to Lee and to my surprise he wasn't able to take my call, Nina told me to just call tomorrow after 7:00a.m. The worst service. Dion was absolutely amazing. He was very sweet and concerned for my safety, he even called CHP to make sure we safely made it across the freeway to hook the car up. It was difficult finding a tire repair shop that had my tire size and that was open. Dion was so helpful and drove to each tire shop until we found one in Carson. OMG... my car got a flat this morning and Triple A came to the rescue. I was serviced by Evercare Road Service. Knowing I was stuck in a dangerous place they got to me quicker than I thought. The dispatcher called me and talk to me. He called CHP when I told him I was nervous and had the driver Ken ( who was amazing) come get me. Jerome could not have been nicer or more professional! Not only was he a terrific driver, he was super nice and really knew what he was doing. He manage to get the car out of a very tight garage spot and deliver it without incident. I should note that ever care was the second toe company that they called. The first one all city took three hours and completely failed to get the car out. read more
