I had an awesome experience with PreFlight Parking. I usually park at Central Parking, but since I had a longer trip booked I decided to give PreFlight a try. I was worried I would be waiting awhile for an airport shuttle, but that was not my experience at all. At check-in I told the driver Mohammed it was my first time parking there and he explained how it worked and that he would come pick me up once I parked. Once we got to the airport he did a great job of looking out at each terminal to see if anyone was waiting. Even opening the doors at the crosswalk to let someone in. When I landed in Boston at terminal E I was happy to see the bus already there and waiting at the pickup spot, I was able to hop right on. Shemsu was very friendly and helpful with my bags. PreFlight Parking is my first choice when I have to park at Logan Airport. It's easy to get to the lot and then a quick bus ride to the various terminals. The busses come around quickly to do pick up and drop off. It's easy to reserve a spot on line or using their app. Plus the attendants at the entry/exit are super helpful, too! read more

This service used to be great. But they're clueless now. Day to day, hour to hour their pickup spots change. Their website says one thing (it's wrong), their office says one thing, then the driver stops someplace completely different. You're better off calling a cab to take you to their lot for arrival. Departure is no problem. Just sitting here hoping the fourth bus that goes by stops and picks us up before we start walking. read more

I park here as I work at the airport and I could not recommend less. Seems like lately they have one shuttle driver working at all times. Have waited 30 plus minutes multiple times in the pouring rain. They don't even help with your bags half the time. Lately they don't even pick you up at your car, you have to walk all the way to the front gate. Absolutely awful. read more

I was highly impressed by PreFlight Airport Parking. We booked a car via Turo and the host left their car here to pick it up. We took an Uber to get the car which we shouldn't have had to because they have a shuttle system that takes you to the parking lot. I wish I knew this beforehand. When we were returning the car and looking for an open spot, we saw the shuttle driver directing us to a spot. This really saved us time. When we parked the vehicle, he gave us a ticket that shows where we left the car which was nice if it was our car so we remember where its at when we come back. We were able to take the picture and send it to the Turo host. Ali was super nice and helped us with our luggage. We didn't even have to walk away from the car to get to the shuttle. The shuttle drove directly to us. He did this with all the other people that were parking. This was really convenient since we didn't have to walk anywhere with our heavy luggage. Someone tried to steal my car in the Medford Airport long-term parking lot. There is clearly no security. Long-term parking is supposed to be a safe option for when you travel, not a smorgasbord of cars whose owners are away for thieves. The tow truck driver said he pulled four other cars out of there. The capper? They charged me $120 parking fee to get my car out of there on a tow truck. F- There are hundred of cars there, they can afford to pay a security guard. read more

We use preflight parking pretty often. Usually have not a bad experience besides this time we encountered an extremely rude drivers. On the day of arrival we didn't get picked up for a long time at our parking location spot, so we had walk to the main entrance from the back of the parking lot. One bus driver just drove past us, another attendant finally noticed us and instructed a different driver to stop by for us. On the return day: The driver yelled at us for not having a paper parking spot ticket (which we didn't receive at the time of parking since we didn't get picked up and had to walk to the front). He didn't even try to assist with our luggage, but when we got on the bus and tried to place it, he grabbed the carry ons out the hands and threw them roughly and carelessly on the shelf. My carry on got damaged. Unprofessional behavior overall. read more

I gave up on the "economy" garage since it is now up to $26/day, I also had to wait almost 30 minutes for a shuttle in the middle of the night the last time I parked there. I came to Yelp in search of alternatives, and as usual, was not disappointed!! I was able to reserve a spot at PreFlight online and got a reasonable rate. It is prepaid, no hidden charges. There was a bus in the lot when I pulled in. The driver told me where to park and gave me a ticket with my space number on it. Spots are a bit tight, it's hard to get luggage out of your back seat, I had to back my car out a bit, then pull back in after I had my bags out. But I didn't have any issues other than that. When I got back to the airport and walked outside, it was less than a minute before a bus came by and picked me up. This was appreciated as i had a fairly late arrival. Dropped off right at my car, and easy peasy payment with my prepaid voucher. On both departure and arrival, the bus was filled with airline and airport staff. They trust PreFlight to get them to work on time, so you can trust them to get you to the airport promptly for your flight. I will definitely be parking here anytime I fly out of Boston! read more

Overall great service. Tip is to book well in advance for best rates. Once you find a parking spot, by the time you take your luggage out of the car, the shuttle van is usually waiting for you. Then a short drive to the airport. Pickup from airport is usually less than 10 minutes. Very easy to use. read more

Tried out this place because Logan's economy garage is still closed and with travel picking up, it's harder to get the $25 rate on-airport for the B and Central. It worked about as well as you could expect for an off-airport shuttle. We drove up at around 7AM on a Saturday, scanned in with an app barcode, followed the signs for the row to park and hopped on a waiting shuttle. We drove through the pickup/dropoff areas until we got to our terminal. When we got back later in the day, around 8PM, we only had to wait a few minutes until a shuttle showed up and took us to our car. I liked that you can also track the shuttle locations on their website/app, it would be nice if that was more common. We scanned the same barcode to leave and it charged the card I set up. It was easy and straightforward, and while I could see it being harder when the airport is clogged with traffic, if it's very busy, or if the drawbridge is up, it's hard to beat if you're not parking at the airport directly. read more

Parking system is terrible, drivers always drive crazy fast, parking spaces are way too small, when the bridge is up the drivers can't make up there minds of which way to go. Drivers are rude as well. Central parking at the airport is worth the extra money to avoid this place. Nobody seems to care about how bad it is either. I'll probably get the same response that everyone else is getting on this Yelp page too, they won't do anything cause they don't care. Park elsewhere! read more

I travel for business pre-covid. This was my first time traveling in the last 13+ months. We parked with no issues and were shuttled to the airport with one other family. The driver was courteous and explained where to pick up the return shuttle. All went well. When we returned from our trip, we got on a shuttle with one other family, which seemed fine again, but then the driver continued to pick up more and more people to the point where the shuttle was completely full with people even standing in it. There was at least a dozen people if not more crammed in there. There was no social distancing. It was incredibly unsafe even without covid since these folks are now standing and no seat or seatbelts are available. I expressed my concerns when we were checking out / leaving the facility, but there was no follow up. Very disappointing and will likely not use them again. Too unsafe for me and my family. Park at the airport, it's likely a few bucks more, but you have a better chance of living. read more

Awful. Do not park here especially in inclement weather. I've been using preflight out of necessity about once a week for 6 months and they've only picked up at my car 4 times. To get their attention, I always leave my trunk open, lights on and bags out for a pick up. If the weather is dry, I walk to the front which isn't ideal due to buses usually being full. Today, it is freezing rain and parking lot is flooded. I waited at my car for 25 minutes. My bags are soaked through! I called the office 3 times and explained exactly where I was parked. Thankfully, I left enough time to make my flight but having to plan another half hour plus is ridiculous. The drivers themselves are very nice and helpful. read more

PROS: Prefect prices, very close to Boston Logan, cashierless service, both web-site and mobile-app available, even nice breeze from the bay when I was dropping off my car. CONS: When I flew back at about 10:20pm, I called this location for a shuttle as instructed and could not get connected for about 40 minutes. I tipple-checked the phone number (from the mobile app, print out, and confirmation email) and used two phones (Verizon and T-Mobile). After all, a shuttle came in on its own. I told the driver (named Baley J) about the problem but he did not pass it, at least while I was on the bus. read more

The good: They have a frequent flow of vans to pick you up at the airport to take you back to your car. You'll rarely wait long at the terminal. And the drivers are generally pleasant and helpful. The bad: I've now had multiple poor experiences parking at their lot and not getting picked up by my car. Today after entering the lot, I followed signs to the "Pickup Lane" in the secondary overflow lot, parked my car and stood by for 20 minutes in 25 degree weather as four vans drove by in another lane and never picked me up. Called the office very cold, frustrated and angry (admittedly my voice was raised, but I didn't swear or insult him) and was told a van would be sent over to me. Saw two more vans in the next five minutes pass by, so it was clear no one would be sent over. Got in my car and drove over to park at airport. Was told I couldn't get a refund for my 8 days of prepaid parking and would need to call a manager. If you're not in a rush to get over to the airport then they're probably a good option. But this isn't the first time I've experienced delays getting picked up at their lot, and this time was definitely the worst. It's unlikely I'll use them again. There are plenty of other options for parking. read more

I have been using Pre-Flight for years but have had two bad experiences with them over the past few weeks. I will not be returning, not that they will care. As a frequent parker, I am accustomed to their routine service. I know they don't alway leave every five minutes when the bus isn't full, I know my car will get scratched and I know the drivers will sometimes pass me by at the pick-up, just to make me walk. It happens way too often to just be a coincidence - but I am willing to admit I may be paranoid. These things, I'm used to. However recently they have over-billed me on two separate occasions and this - I cannot tolerate. The first charge randomly appeared on my credit card dating back two-years and their excuse was a computer glitch. I called them almost immediately and was sent some sort of computer generated report. No additional support info was provided. The most recent episode took place upon exiting after parking for a few days. The attendee took my card and proceeded to tell me the charge wasn't approved. I told him I received a notification on my phone that the charge was approved. I then showed him the notification and even opened my credit card app and showed the charge (with the date and time). Rather than believe the information I showed him, he held on to my card and and asked for another credit card. I refused. He did not give my credit card back and proceeded to charge me again. I asked if I would see duplicate charges. He said no. The manager (he was referred to as the manager by the attendant) just sat there and watched all of this unfold. I asked to speak to him and he never moved just sat there giving instruction to the attendee (I assumed he was resolving the matter). Sure enough, I was charged twice. I called them within the hour and was told 'yea ok bring back your voucher and we will refund you'. I don't even know what voucher he is talking about - but why should I have to drive all the way down to their facility when they know they've made a mistake. They purposefully double billed me despite clear evidence that I had already been charged. I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor who proceeded to parrot what the attendee told me (why this was necessary - I'll never know). I gave him some choice words and was disconnected. To be certain, I even waited until the pending charges cleared on my credit card in the off-chance they would check their records before submitting. No luck. Wether they are dishonest or thieves I am not certain -- but at a best they are lazy, rude and provide horrible customer service. From now on, I'd rather wait and take a ride share. read more

When leaving the airport to get my car the shuttle was already there waiting. No need to make a phone call. I needed help with an issue about the fact that my stay was not as long as I expected. We waited close to an hour to get on a shuttle upon return. We called 3 times to check on the status of a shuttle that could get us back. We are extremely disappointed with the inaccuracy of the service (they claim a shuttle every 6-8 minutes). We saw many other courtesy shuttles come through multiple times.
