They really make travel easy. Not only is it cheaper to park at Pre-Flight than to park at the airport, it is also more convenient. When you arrive, they give you a section to park in. Within a matter of minutes a van picks you up from you car and a friendly drive loads your luggage into the van. When you arrive at the airport, the same friendly driver take care of your bags again. Upon returning, you go to the designated curb and a van is never more than 10 minutes away. They take you right to your car and will even load your luggage into your trunk. I always felt bad asking friends and family to take me to and from the airport. I found this lot that is off site but offers a shuttle every 5-10 minutes. I parked here one time for a weekend trip and will never worry about rides to and from the airport. Ubers are too expensive now and you can not get more convenient than this. This is very beneficial for short trips out of Phoenix When you pull up to the structure you scan your prepaid ticket (it is cheaper to pre pay) and the gates will open. The shuttle will pick you up on the ground floor and take you to the airline you tell the driver. When landing at the end of your trip the shuttle will be outside to take you back. I have never had to wait more than 7 minutes for the shuttle either way. For about $8 a day it is so worth it to not have to depend on anyone else to take you and deal with airport traffic. read more

The Parking was great and had no trouble with the on line reservation, the driver that took us to the air port was wonderful and lifted our bags onto the bus. The problem was on our return it was 6 in the morning and the driver grabbed our bags and dragged them up the the steps damaging the side of our luggage and even tearing some of the finish off. When he went to unload the baggages my husband tried to help so he would not drag them and he insisted that he would handle the bag and once again letting them slide down the steps. If the driver is unable to handle the bags they should just let the passenger do it. We are very unhappy with the way our luggage was handled. read more

I have parked several times at the PreFlight Airport Parking in Phoenix, AZ. They make flying out of Phoenix so easy! Their parking prices are reasonable and the care and courtesy I've experienced, Excellent! This August, I did not check into the garage with my reservation, correctly and ended up being charged a second charge. I contacted PreFlight, and spoke with Eitsiana (forgive me if I misspelled your name) and explained the situation. She was very patient and helpful and said she would have someone call me back. A day or two later, I had a call from the Phoenix PreFlight Manager, He also was friendly and helpful, and told me I would receive a refund for the second charge, less the extra day my car was in their garage. Fair, and very kind! Just to let you know how great these folks are, I was running late on August 19th. I parked, got my suitcase out of the car, locked up and walked across the drive. A van had crossed my path as I was heading to the pickup. The Driver stopped at his pick up spot, got out and came to me when I was still 15 or 20 feet from the van. He took my suitcase out of my hand and asked me to board. I was in the airport in less than 10 minutes. I would have missed my flight had I parked anywhere else. I always use PreFlight. Consistently good, great prices (even for covered parking) and something about free cold water in Phoenix heat feels so welcoming after a long flight. The app is getting better, but it still needs some improvements. I'd give 5 stars, but it's hard to find the reservation and then when you pull it up, it disappears quickly. Not very convenient when there's a line behind you and you're trying to pull up to the checkout lane. read more

My go to parking spot when I have to fly. I always park on the second floor covered and have never had an issue getting a spot. Download the apps and earn rewards - I earned a free day of parking in no time. Not only is the shuttle service to and from the airport quick, I have only had to wait for a shuttle at the parking lot once, and that was only about 2 minutes. I have waited longer at the airport to come back but you can pull up the shuttle locations on the app to see how far out they are. I feel like there is also a "reservation" to be picked up but I'm not 100% sure. The last time I got on the shuttle, the driver radioed that he "picked up one and two walk-ons". Walk-ons would be my friend and I. PreFlight is always on groupon to check that out to see if that will give you any savings when trying them for the first time. read more

This could be an amazing find. Clean, well lit, safe, great shuttle drivers, convenient. Should be a 5 star rating, but NOPE wont do it! I had a Groupon for discounted parking here. Pre-registered for my days and times for parking. Went in and parked no problem. Time to leave 5 days later and my ticket wouldn't work to get out. Went to the office and they said they didn't have me in the system. I showed them my paperwork from Groupon and no go!. They said pay us and get your money back from Groupon as we aren't the ones running that deal. Groupon has a NO REFUND policy once the time you have chosen for parking has started for this offer, so you will be TOTALLY SCREWED if you use the Groupon offer and then this place pulls the " hey, Sorry but we don't see you in our system" What a bunch of CRAP! Another customer was having the exact same issue as me, at the counter crying because she had already paid and they were extorting her too.. My Groupon was prepaid $55.00. For my inconvenience they only extorted me for $35 so I could get my car out of their parking garage. Total B.S. Terrible Business ethics and totally bad on Groupon for offering 3rd party offers with 0 recourse. Life lesson #429 learned the hard way. I had never needed to park a car for a flight out of Sky Harbor Airport before, so I did my research and decided upon PreFlight based on cost and Yelp reviews. I made my reservation and prepaid the morning of our trip. Getting to the drop off location was easy. I elected to go with the covered second floor parking for our week-long trip. After parking the car, we immediately got on a shuttle that took us to the airport. Upon our return, we went to the designated pick-up area. Our instructions said that a shuttle would come once every 5-7 minutes. We waited about seven minutes for the shuttle, leaving behind several people who were waiting much longer for different parking shuttles. We quickly arrived at PreFlight, got in our car, used the bar code on our printed reservation sheet to exit, and off we were. Things could not have gone better. Both the shuttle and parking building were very clean. The driver who took us to pick up our car even brought out luggage out to us. If I ever need to use airport parking again, I will not hesitate to go back to PreFlight. read more

I will never park at the airport again. Why would I? PreFlight Airport Parking is a lot cheaper, and much more convenient than the economy lot at Sky Harbor Airport. And Being able to make a reservation online also takes away the stress of wondering if the lot will be full during a busy travel time. When I was departing, the shuttle to the airport was right there when I parked. Pick up from the lot to Terminal 4 was less than 10 minutes. When I returned, the shuttle was at the courtesy vehicle pick up area in just a few minutes. No waiting for the sky train (which you could easily get to/from if for some reason you don't want to wait for PreFlight's shuttle to pick you up). Both times, the drivers were great about grabbing the bags for everyone. I will most certainly use PreFlight the next time I need to take my own car to the airport. read more

This place is great. Scanning system for check in and check out, making it fast and efficient. Shuttles are leaving every few minutes, so your never waiting long. This was my first time using this and I am so happy I did. I set it up online which gave me a cheaper price. I got sent an email with step by step instructions that were so easy to follow. I was afraid I would get lost looking for the ride to the airport but they made it dummy proof. Getting out of the building is been a challenge for the past few times, whether the Scanner is not working or it can't read the bar on the ticket and some of the stations you can't understand what the person in the office is saying due to interruption or bad reception, most of the busses are clean. and some drivers are friendly and helpful, but Managements needs to work on the communication stations and fix the scanners . read more

I have parked at Pre-Flight for over 22 years. My one complaint as a frequent parker is their lack of vans running at night. Tonight they had two cans at both were at the facility when I called. We reserved online for a 10 day trip and are so happy we chose to park here! We arrived at 2:30am to park and were immediately taken on a shuttle to the terminal. Pickup was at 10:45pm and was only about a 5 minute wait for the shuttle back. Printing the reservation barcode made arrival and departure simple. You just scan upon arrival, pick your spot, and head to the shuttle pickup point. It was surprisingly quicker than parking in the East Economy Lot and taking the sky tram since there was minimal wait on both ends for the shuttle. We will be using their service again! read more

We love this place. The cost is less than airport parking. We usually just park outside but this time we parked on the first floor under the roof and just a short walk to wait for the shuttle. We usually wait no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. Always a friendly driver. When we return we just go out where the shuttles are and they and come often. This is the first time I used PreFlight but not the last! Easy to find at 3am and only waited in their clean and tidy lobby 4 minutes for a shuttle to take me to Sky Harbor. The return was the same, only waited a few minutes in front of Terminal 4 and I was delivered to the lobby that was a short walk to my car. I parked in the ground floor carport spots. Wonderful off site parking garage. I left my car there for 31 nights while I had an extended business trip. Parked on the second floor for about $6 per day with an online reservation and it was excellent. Got back and my car was perfectly safe and sound. It was a little dusty, but if that's the worst thing I'll gladly accept it My trip even got extended a week longer than my reservation.
