We arrive. Host informs us that there is a 30 minute max wait which is tolerable in the service industry. Fast forward to the 30 minute mark, we see several parties who arrived after us who were subsequently sat before us but we assumed it was due to party size potentially. After seeing several table tops open, we hit the 52 minute wait time and we were sat. At that point, we were informed that they were out of food. No more pancakes and no more biscuits.. Sadness. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Sure we had to wait for a table, but the place is on the smaller side and expected on a weekend. The pancake flight was so delicious! The sinful one....yea just get it! Strawberry/caramel was so so good as well. Great tea service (cute little teapot) and Ella at the bar took care of us, we appreciated her! Today is Tuesday and we love this place but the last couple of times we have come it's way too cold!! I have asked if the air conditioner could be turned down and nothing happened. This is one of our favorite places and it's hard to enjoy your meal when you are cold. I don't want to stop coming because we can't enjoy our wonderful food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Both are on the smaller side, so there is normally a wait, but it's worth it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're not willing to be patient then you'll need to go elsewhere. The Strawberry pancakes are outrageously good, and the Rocket scramble is one of my favorite breakfast items ever. There were only two people running front of house, but they were hustling to get everyone taken care of and our food came out perfectly. Highly recommend! read more

Food 10/10 so worth waiting, I think service could be better. Took about 15 minutes to get a drink order and then after we received our food no one came back to check on us over 40 minutes. But very delicious food. read more

The owner should just pay the cooks a decent wage. Clearly they don't understand that tips are meant to be incentives not tariffs! I don't leave reviews often, but I was mind blown with how terrible the service was. The food was good, but just honestly not worth the service or lack thereof. We walked in the restaurant and there were a couple of tables open, but particularly there was one 4 top on the patio available. They told us the wait would be 45 minutes-1 hour. We waited in the car for 35 minutes with the same EXACT table open the WHOLE time. Eventually, we just asked the hostess if we could sit there and she said yes. When we sat down, we waited for 15 minutes for some waters. Eventually, my friend went inside and had them make us four glasses of water and she brought them to us. That's about how the rest of our experience went. Stood there and watched a couple with 2 kids come in to meet friends that were already sitting. They asked the staff to take a table for 2 next to them and we're allowed. Several others waiting for before them. Then sat at the bar and after 5 min the waitress asked if we knew what we wanted without giving us any coffee or drink. I am one to happily tip 20+% whoever fling a forced "service charge" of 22% is not right especially when the service was less than par. And on top of that service fee, there is also a credit card fee of 3% Ordered orange juice -- was bitter, had to ask for it twice. And had to run my car to my waitress rather than her picking it up. 10/20/24 Waiting in line at 9:30am got our seat at 10:30 am, was never asked what we wanted to drink, our waters were never re filled, never got her name or any sort of interaction. we were in the center of the bar how would you possibly miss us? a man and his daughter sat next to us at 11:15 and got there food at 11:30. We never received our food and we were told it was never put in. if you're going to automatically charge 22% to cover the tip then you need to be able to provide service that compensates that. we left and won't try it again.
