She was so helpful and patient, her excellent customer service is the reason I want my husband to switch his pulmonologist to one in this medical group. Thank you Andrea

He ended up with multiple overlapped diagnoses a year and a half later found out by other Drs and and dr meta was VERY neglectful and said he didn't have COPD they even admitted on a respondent grievance .lol he was told he didn't do any test even after he asked multiple times he was given only one pulmonary test only even though he kept asking then I had a seizure during the test and you will be shocked to know wall I was flopping around like a fish I can hear everything they debated wether to call 911 or not until my fiancé stepped in and then they refused to redo his test becsue they were distracted then Dr. Meta was so neglectful that he ended up with CSA and OSA and then they made us wait almost 6 months for them to give him a CPAP machine good thing his primary ordered it himself or he would have been dead then as he wasn't getting oxygen to his brain an wpuld stop breathing wall sleeping then the sleep study specialist Dr.H was bragging about how hes such a sleep study specialist and wasn't out to get money from insurance yet when we called the front desk a while ago to let them know he was on a cpap and need to be on an ASV u should have seen him run fast as fuck at our next apointment and then say why didn't u tell me u were on a cpap so not only was Dr.Meta neglectful so was her associate "sleep study specialist " and he didn't even know how OSA and CSA affected patients mentally. Very unknowledgeable for someone who specializes in it and is bragging that's his expertise. And then when we switched pulmonogist they proceeded to gas light the situation by not only giving us trouble with them sending the files to the other place we go to now much better btw then they also gas light my patient by keep sending him emails about how now all of sudden now that they got caught they wanna do all the necessary test and that he should schedule an appointment and keep in mind when they were sending this stuff he already wasn't their patient anymore so not only was it harassment they but they were also neglectful on their part big time and I already spoke with the manager so I find it really funny that she said she took care of it yet her employees are gaslighting and harassing patients. Goes to show places like this will NEVER learn from their mistakes or take responsibility I would NOT recommend this place to anybody not even my own worst enemy. They are shit. After my initial phone call to the Riverside, and then days later sending an email to them, I received a call from Terry at the Irvine location. Terry immediately addressed my concerns I put in the email. He also alerted me that I was misinformed my the Riverside location, about not being able to self-refer when I have PPO insurance. My husband was/is going through a medical emergency and I was attempting to establish care and an appointment for him to get checked out. If it was not for Terry being thorough/detailed, proactively securing my husband's medical records by me answering a couple of questions, overall kind, attentive, and we would not have gotten in to see a doctor until the following week. We were booked next day, with Terry's help. As a result, I opted to make the drive from the IE to Irvine, instead of the Riverside location the very next day. Good medical practices are very hard to find these days. Terry actions demonstrated compassion and understanding of my concerns of not having my husband wait any longer for an examination. Thank you Terry! Additionally, our appointment was for 12pm. The doctor was prompt and thorough as well. The receptionist that check us in was also prompt, thorough, she showed concern when it appeared that my husband's oxygen was a tad bit low. Said for him to relax, lay back in the recliner and she would get the doctor in right away. I sincerely appreciate the team here. I'm glad Terry called. I see Dr. Galko for an annoying persistent cough that often haunts me and annoys everyone around…read moreme. I always thought it was just something I had to deal with and blamed it on allergies. Dr. Galko patiently tested my lung capacity and explained to me in detail what was going on and how to fix it. All included a cocktail of over the counter medications. Each time her diagnosis and recommendations miraculously cured my lifelong cough issues. She often runs behind on her appointments. Both times I came to visit her, she was about half an hour late, but as soon as she walks into the room she is all yours and takes her time with each patient which makes her well worth the wait.

While we were waiting, another patient, then a third patient arrived, so we were all waiting. after 10 plus minutes, and the door had not been unlocked, I called their phone number and the Corona office answered. The person stated they would be arriving shortly. Another 10 minutes or so went by and I called again, but was assured someone would be arriving in a couple of minutes. After another 10 minutes, the office girl showed up and unlocked the door, followed shortly by the Dr. Neither offered an apology or reason for being late, but I would guess they took an extra long lunch break, not caring they had patients waiting. At no time did either the Dr. or the office girl attempt to apologize to any of the patients. I didn't go into the examination room with my wife, because I knew I would unload on the Dr. It was all I could do to sit in the waiting room and not unload of the office girl. In my opinion, neither were very professional.
