I am very disappointed in the service we received at Premier Auto and RV. Let me begin by saying we have used them before and felt they were expensive and service was marginal, I am now suspect to their service and overpriced parts and labor. Below is the sequence of events that occurred that led me to posting a review: Our RV was towed to Premier after it made some popping noises. We immediately stopped and had it towed 14 miles to Premier RV. It was exactly 14 miles. Brian called and told us it would be $7,000+ to fix the RV. This included the following: o Generator o Front brakes o Tires o Engine work My husband told Brian that we were only interested in getting it running since this was way out of our budget. We knew that the generator was fine because we had just taken it camping the weekend before and there were no problems. He requoted $4,700 to fix the engine. After sleeping on it and talking to a mechanic, we decided to get a second opinion. We showed up in person at 7:45 am the next morning with the mechanic we contacted to make sure they didn't begin working on the RV. We wanted to get it towed to his shop and have it re-evaluated. THIS IS WHERE MY REVIEW BEGINS!! At 8:00 am, my husband and the mechanic had a conversation with Brian. I was not a part of this conversation but I was told that Brian was going to arrange for a tow. Next thing I knew, they brought out a piece of equipment and pushed our RV to the rear of the property. My question to my husband was why are they pushing it clear to the back of the property if it was going to be towed. When Brian came out, my husband asked him when it would be towed. He seemed a little frustrated and unhappy with us. He said it could be up to a week or more. This was not okay with us because storage fees would more than likely be added to our bill! We immediately got on the phone and began calling other tow companies. After about an hour, we found one that could be there at 10:30 am and take it to our mechanic. My husband went in to tell Brian that he found a tow and at this point, Brian was upset. He told my husband that they could not just come on his property and tow the RV because of liability. He had to put the RV back together and "inspect" it. My husband told him the bill was paid in full and he would sign a held harmless form to release any liability so we could get it to our mechanic. He said that the tow company would have to call him and approve the time for the tow based on his schedule. My husband asked when was the soonest time we could have the tow and he said 3:30 pm. We arranged for the tow at 3:30 pm that afternoon even though they told us they could be there by 10:30 am. It was now about 8:30 am. At this point, we did not trust Brian or this company. We sat out in the heat, in our RV, until 3:30 pm. Not one person came up to put the RV back together or inspect it. The mechanic that came with us put the cover on, shut the hood, and made sure the drive shaft was still disconnected. This took less than 5 minutes. At least 4 times, someone drove by where we were sitting in the RV and didn't stop. Nobody ever came by to check the vehicle before it was towed!! We sat in 90 degree heat for 7.5 hours because we couldn't trust that our RV would be picked up or put back together correctly. When the tow truck finally picked up the vehicle, he followed our mechanic to his shop. Still, at no time did anyone from Premier check to make sure everything was hooked up correctly--isn't that why we had to wait until 3:30??? This was a 17 mile trip. Our final bill from Premier for the original tow and a diagnostic was $768.00. Our mechanic got the parts within one day and will have it fixed for $1,200 or less. A little different than our original quote of $7,000+. We consulted our lawyer and she told us to do if this ever happens again (or to any of you): · Arrange the tow for the time you want it to be towed; they do not have to call the company to approve the tow · Our bill was paid in full so we can take our property any time we want · Call the sheriff if they won't release the property; if necessary, they can be charged with theft if they won't release our RV. They have no right to hold it if we are paid in full My advice? Get an initial diagnostic before you go to Premier read more

We recently purchased a used 2009 Coachman Class C Motor Home that appeared to be in "good condition". While prepping the Motor Home for a winter trip to AZ, we discovered some problems with the electrical and fresh water systems. We realized we needed an experienced and knowledgeable person to check-out these problems. After reviewing a number of RV service businesses in the Colorado Springs area, we decided to contact Premier Auto & RV. Devin and his team checked out the systems and informed us what needed to be repaired. Devin was respectful of our concerns about costs and took the time to explain what was involved with the repair work. We were impressed with his clear approach and the repair alternatives he offered. We decided to proceed with the repairs and in less than 24 hours the repairs were completed. Devin even spent over a hour showing us how all the Motor Home systems operated. We will continue to utilize Premier Auto & RV for our Motor Home service work. We feel the quality of work was excellent and the repair costs were reasonable. And, most of all, we will continue to do business with Premier Auto & RV because we are confident that Devin and his team will treat us "right". read more

Devin and his crew have kept my rig on the road and camping for several years now. I have a 32ft travel trailer and most manufacturers do not build them to be reliable. Mine is no different but thanks to Premier I have a new undercarriage due to bent axles and Devin figured out how to upgrade the replacement as well. My frame started to peel at one of the spring hangers and I didn't find it until two days before an out of state trip. I called and they fit me in and welded the split and added a brace across the frame. All these fixes have been done right the first time and have worked like they should. Now my trailer is in for hail damage and again they are not only repairing the roof but upgrading it as well so I don't have to do as much maintenance to it in the future. My awning is being replaced, also due to hail, and it required an insurance supplement and they got it approved all without my assistance required. With all of these issues they have worked with either the insurance company or the manufacturer to get my trailer working and able to provide enjoyment through each season at a reasonable cost. Making our Grand Tour of the West, we needed service for our motor home. I can not say it more emphatically, Premier and their staff, especially, Heather, were a life saver. Our visit was for a simple oil change and replacement of a tire which was damaged. While coming over the Vail Pass, we smelled antifreeze and brought it to their attention. The technicians quickly trouble shot the problem and found that one of our radiator hoses was cracked. The hose could not be located in Colorado Springs and had to be ordered from Denver to be delivered the following day. We had planned to get back on the road after the oil change but having to wait an additional day, we were without a place to stay. They quickly solved our problem, hooked us up to electric and water for the overnight. The following morning, the techs went to work on other items and when the hose arrived late morning, Heather put two techs on the job to get us on the road. By mid afternoon, road tests completed, we were on the road to Cody, WY. If in the future we are again in the Colorado Springs, we plan to stop at Premier to once again thank them for the concern they showed for our welfare. read more

Our RV, after four years and 27,000 miles fault-free, suddenly burped ten days ago. One slideout would not stay retracted, our on-demand hot water started heating when it felt like it, and the refrigerator part of our refrigerator-freezer stopped cooling. Joe promised a place to stay for the weekend, though only with 20A power. Faylon got us into position - with water, 50A power, and a sewer connection. Unfortunately, our trusty coach decided that 50A was more than it could handle (another problem), so we were on 20A. As promised, Earl and Brandon diagnosed our problems on Monday, ordered parts for overnight delivery on Tuesday, and completed the repairs on Wednesday. Joe let us stay an extra night when we couldn't leave due to a medical hiccup, but I'm writing this after a day's unexciting travel. Premier Auto and RV treated us right. On a trip from Oregon our RV developed a very noisy drive shaft. Not wanting to chance crossing the Rockies, we decided to get it looked at. I called Premier and Jocelyn juggled the schedule so that they were able to fit us in that day. They were able to replace three U joints and a carrier bearing, and repair the exhaust pipe all in the same day. Because we had no other transportation, they took us to purchase lunch and allowed us to stay the night in our RV in their lot, plugged into their electricity, and use their dump station. We were on our way the next day with no drive shaft noises and had an uneventful trip home. My husband and I, and our two small dogs, spent a not unpleasant day in their waiting room. Everyone was very nice. My only complaint is that they didn't wear masks during this Covid pandemic, even though the sign on the door said that masks were required. read more

A recap of my experience when I took my RV into Premier RV, located in Falcon Colorado. To begin with, after reading the litany of negative reviews already posted on YELP, Google Review, and Better Business Bureau, there's not much more I can add. My only caution to anyone thinking of taking their RV to Premiere RV - GET A Second Opinion! In our cause we saved more than sixty percent (60%) of their $4500 quote! Caveat Emptor.... Let the buyer beware! May I suggest to anyone contemplating doing business with this company, (BEFORE DECIDING) please check out their reviews with the Colorado Springs Better Business Bureau. I had my 2009 Monaco Dynasty at another shop in Fountain,Co. and they were telling me I needed all new injectors in my 425 Cummins engine at 60K miles. That didn't seem possible so I brought my coach to Premiere. Bryan performed the proper testing with the Cummins diagnostic software which showed the injectors were all functioning normal and there was nothing wrong with the engine. Thanks to Premiere Auto and RV I was able to continue my trip as planned and they saved me about $12,000 the other shop was wanting to charge me to replace parts that did not need replacing. The shop was friendly, efficient, and honest. I appreciate that and would highly recommend Premiere for RV care. read more
