He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.

Conrad didn't allow the insurance companies go with non OEM parts that are sometimes of lower quality or don't fit (one reason for the delay) and he stopped me from picking up the vehicle twice because he inspected and reinspected and had things corrected until they looked PERFECT. Three days later I noticed a fog light went out again and he is already on it ordering a part and getting me scheduled for a same day fix. The finished product made it worth all the wait.

I got into an accident in early January of 2023. I took my car to Caliber Collision the next week…read more Tony was super responsive and texted me updates while I was without my car. He told me my car would be done February 2nd, then the 8th, then the 9th, then finally the 10th. When I pulled up on the 10th to get my car the exhaust was completely out of place and loose. I waited in the lobby for nearly 3 hours waiting for them to fix my car... when they released it to me the side mirror didn't match the other one at all, the tail light barely worked, and my engine light came on as soon as I drove away. I took it to autozone because caliber Collison is closed on the weekends and their sensor told me that the turbo is getting WAY too much boost. So sadly I'll be having to take my car back to Caliber Collison... we'll see how long it takes them this time. Tony did promise that they will fix my car. And he's been very responsive.
