The final cost ended up being $1700 which was fine but it just seemed like they low balled to get your business but then the reality is they have to up the price or they can't find someone to accept the car and actually pick it up. They hired Safe Auto Transport. My truck arrived with no damage, however, two parts were missing from the locked front trunk: the tire repair air compressor kit that was screwed into the trunk and the dual level charger. When I complained to A To Z and asked to file a claim, they said that personal items were not covered. These are components of the truck that were locked in the trunk and one was even screwed down. They were not "my personal items" A to Z refused to file a claim, and now it's going to cost me close to $1000 to replace these parts Don't use A To Z if you expect everything attached to your vehicle to arrive!

The cars are usually ready to go so we don't have to wait around long. The downside to this location, is you have to park in the middle lane of a VERY busy street. That being said, today it was pouring rain and when the hubby was loading, a truck came within centimeters of hitting him. This isn't the company's fault by any means. I just want our fellow truckers to be cautious. Just assume that others can't drive well or won't see you altogether. Also, this isn't the best area in Los Angeles, so watch your back.
