    My new ride!
    Wendy H.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from here. A 2023 Outlander SEL! I'm so pleased with it. I'm also again just so thankful for the great team! Betty was my salesperson and helped me every step of the way. She is a joy! The solution advisor Ino was also a wonderful help! They both went above and beyond to help me. Buying a vehicle can feel stressful but that wasn't the case at Premier. All of the rest of the team were also great. Again this was my 3rd purchase and I know I can count on them if I need any help along the way. I am of the old fashioned mindset that we should shop local. It means something to me to know the people I'm putting my trust into. Originally I came here for Scott but now I come back for the team. Thank you, Betty and Ino! Thank you all. You'll always be my first stop.

This past week, I found myself finally trying to get back into a vehicle after I was in a very bad accident that I did not cause myself! I went around to dealerships and it seemed like no one could get me driving. I called my mom down here from Vegas to help me look around for cars. We went into Premier and Kaylee greeted us with open arms and a great smile . She was the sweetest. I told her what I was looking for, she worked very well with Tom and Tony to get me into a very beautiful car. Tom and Kaylee definitely made me and my mom feel like family you guys are so amazing at what you do and it's very much appreciated. I think I've cried a couple times since I've gotten the car just because I'm so grateful ! thank you guys soo much!!

Was personally helped by Ino & walked out with a brand new car I tried other local places before hand. But this one not only stood out, but Ino as well as his staff were quick to answer any questions I had honestly & in a professional manner. If I could rate 10/10, that would be my rating. Premier Auto definitely went above and beyond.

what a compliment for the poor workmanship we saw and complete disregard for our satisfaction, as well as our safety. i think others deserve to know what they can (and can't) expect when they walk through the door. my mom's '18 mitsubishi outlander overheated one afternoon and she ultimately CHOSE to have it towed here. covered by warranty, it took them over a month to replace some part that connects to the transmission (oil cooler?). they call on a friday to tell us it's ready, but we were unable to pick it up until saturday. when she picks it up, her advisor being off, he had to be phoned just to get a complete version of her work order. there was no itemized list of parts and labor or anything but what they replaced and her complaint. the car's driven not even two miles to my grandma's driveway. when i went out 30 minutes later, there was blue (transmission) fluid leaking from everywhere under the hood. seriously, there was fluid EVERYWHERE. we call to tell them what happened and are told by not one, but two different people, that there was nothing they could/would do for us until monday. (we were also reminded countless times that we did not purchase the vehicle from them- however relevant that is) we were eventually handed over to cory, the 'part owner', who told us verbatim: 'i'm really not supposed to do this, but i'll find a loaner to put you into until we can figure out what's going on monday morning.' so, my mom, who was expecting to see someone who cared and ready to go above and beyond, was simply given the same keys to the same rental she'd just parked in the very same spot it still sat in. there were no strings pulled- they just hadn't returned it. come monday, we're told that some gasket near the oil cooler hadn't been replaced like it should have and that's why it leaked. i knew that wasn't possible because there had to have been 3-4 DIFFERENT places fluid was coming from. but they went ahead with the repair and called us a day or two later to pick it up. again, living out of town, we didn't make it there until after 5 almost 6, so her advisor was not present. this time i go with her and we are given the same paperwork, with little to no information on it. i asked for the detailed/itemized version and this time, nobody knows how or where to get it. i explain that given their performance on the last repair, i wanted to know that everything was done and done correctly or i wasn't comfortable driving my toddler home on the interstate. (meanwhile- though it SHOULD be of no importance- there was a salesman at the table next to us with a couple probably closing a deal) so i asked the lady about her willingness to accept liability for releasing a car that hadn't been properly repaired without the proper paperwork and that's when some guy 'mike, maybe mark' (will edit once confirmed) walks out from an office, and while nonchalantly asking us to keep it down, he assures us that the car is fixed and safe. and if we should have any problems, to call him. he gives us his number and we oblige. as soon as i start the car, there's a significant lag in engagement and it's shaking/rumbling. there's no way anyone had test driven that car before telling/convincing us it'd been repaired. we pull out of the parking lot and turn right back around, call the man with all the answers on the number he'd just given us twice- and there's no answer. we go in and ask him to take a ride with us, to PROVE to him something was still very wrong, and his exact words are 'i don't know anything about the mechanics of a vehicle' and basically refuses to give us the time of day. (it's important to note that said couple and salesman are no longer in the lobby). so, we traded keys again and took the rental. they called the next day to tell us they found no issue (obviously not having driven it), but they decided it needed an oil change to correct the problem. again, not possible. it doesn't take a mechanic to know an overdue oil change won't create that kinda problem. so, they change the oil, we pick it up, and go to my grandma's. my son and i then start to head home. the car lagged to engage from a full stop until rpms reached 4k. then it'd jolt forward and sputter some before it'd drive normal. that happened at least four times before reaching the interstate. the second i got onto the freeway, it repeated said method of starting and immediately read 'transmission service required' on the dash. we go directly to my grandma's, spend the night, call mitsubishi, and they FINALLY agree to have it towed to a dealership twice as far as they had it towed to get it to premier. it's still in their service shop today. pics attached is the leak AFTER it'd been 'repaired'.

I brought it back, provided a video of the terrible rattling, and of course they didn't hear anything! They said they heard a rattling in the back of the car, they'd order the parts, and contact me. I never heard from them again! I recently was contacted to evaluate my current vehicle and see about getting me into a new version! That was I guess the safe way of saying we know your car is a POS, but I don't want to admit this so I'll try selling you a new one! My 2024 Chevy Trax has several recalls, I was ever notified of one recall that was after my purchase! The one I was notified of is the auto stop, but my screens go black while driving that's another recall, and the software which stops the ability to use Apple Car Play is another. Shifting has always been pretty rough, but it gets worse. Google the transmission issues on the 2024 Trax! I provided all of this information to the lady and all she can think of it to offer a BLIND APPRAISAL to get me into a newer car for peace of mind!!! I believe once she realized I have no desire to purchase another Chevy more less a Chevy from Jerry Seiner she advises she's contacted the service department! The man from the service departments calls, I answer advise I am eating I will call him back in 30 mins, I do just that, he doesn't answer so I text him! I then get an email advising she's escalated to a manager and of course I've heard nothing! Imagine paying $757 a month for this and that's AFTER refinancing! I wish I had read the BBB reviews and well all reviews everywhere! My mother purchased a truck from them I trusted her, but that truck is now trash due to a hemi tick! I have a 5 year old daughter I cannot be without a vehicle! I've made this extremely clear, but they say they won't even order the parts, start working on the recall until I drop the car off! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! Oh let's update this post! This lovely dealership had my car for about a month! Returned it to me with the exact same issues they kept it all that time for! I've been in contact with GM and Chevy they too state the dealership is not following up with them! I've reached out several times and got absolutely nothing! The day it was returned to me the service Amy text me they were bringing and getting the loaner at 2pm, I advised 2 will not work, 2:30, she then text me at 2:29pm knowing I'd be back waiting already to ensure the loaner had a full tank of gas! I left again to get gas and they were so kind to return mine on E! I also asked for an explanation on how the transmission can have black fluid with metal particles in a brand new car, and how is it even possible to fix that! No one answered that question! If you read the service order it is very clear this is a problem the person who test drove it was honest! But, the person who brought it to me was a very person than when he brought the loaner, and lied right through his teeth! "Oh yah it was a smooth ride" BS! I am going through a lemon law claim, we live in AZ so they'd like to see more work done first, but the dealership refuses to respond since the moment they dropped my car off!

We were assured it could be detailed 'again' before purchase, so we continued. On the test drive, it was immediately obvious something was wrong with the suspension. When we mentioned it, the manager told us we could buy the car, take it to a mechanic, and bring it back if something was wrong. Obviously we said no, we want a working vehicle. Then they came back with a "new offer," saying they'd fix the suspension only if we paid $3,000 more than the agreed price. Whether this was dishonesty or incompetence, it's unacceptable. We wasted hours and left feeling misled by the salesman & management there. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

On this model when the 4-wheel sensors get dirty or dusty the service 4 wheel drive indicator comes on. The first few times had the whole diagnostic shindig done only to be told it just needed to be reset. Was also instructed on what to look for and listen for if the system really needed service by the previous dealership Today I stopped by to make an appointment for the 120k service and told them I would need the service 4 wheel indicator reset. I was informed that they would need to run a complete diagnostic which would be an additional $118 on top of the estimated $1,200 for the 120k service. I asked if they would refund the $118 if what I told them proved to be true, that it just needed to be reset. Nope. That told me everything I needed to know about the integrity of this service department. If you are going to charge for a test I don't want or need I'm not willing to take a chance on seeing what other charges they can come up with. Good morning, First,…read moreI want to acknowledge that Jeremy was very helpful and polite to work with. He made a sincere effort to assist us, but we ultimately felt limited by company policy. My wife and I purchased a dump truck from Heritage Motor a few months ago. The transaction started like a typical business purchase. We test drove the vehicle and noticed that the AC was not working, but otherwise the truck drove strongly, so at the time the AC was the only concern. After discussions with Jeremy, we agreed to proceed with the purchase on the condition that the AC unit would be repaired. The dealership completed the repair, and we picked the truck up. About a week later, during our first haul-away job, I was driving on the freeway when the check engine light came on. The truck was still operating normally, so I took a photo of the warning light and emailed Jeremy. He advised that I bring the truck in on Monday because the service department was closed over the weekend. After I wrapped up the cleaning job and was heading to the dump, the truck began to lose power and felt unsafe to drive. I pulled over to the side of the road. After speaking with Jeremy, he recommended that I tow the truck back to the dealership at my expense because the warranty did not cover towing. This resulted in an out-of-pocket cost of $750 and significant delays, including time spent waiting for an appropriate tow company capable of transporting a dump truck. The following business day, Jeremy informed me that the dealership believed they identified the cause of the issue. I then sent an email requesting that the error be corrected and that we receive documentation/printouts of the work completed so my wife and I could have confidence the issue would not happen again. After that request, Jeremy informed us that the dealership would instead prefer to return our funds with a deduction of $500 for items they would need to dispose of that were in the bed of the truck. As a result, after everything was resolved, my wife and I lost approximately $1,250, and I also lost about half a day waiting for a tow truck and dealing with the situation. Additionally, Jeremy mentioned that the tires looked bad on the passenger side. My response was that we received the truck in that condition from the dealership. Thank you for taking the time to review our experience. Sincerely,
