    My 2026 Chevrolet traverse

I went in for my first oil change and Chris Chamberlin helped us through the seamless process. Chris had been helping us for quite some time now and has been such a joy (even if the circumstances weren't so great). He is helpful, knowledgeable and so very patient (especially when I wasn't). I hope your management know what an amazing team member you are! THANK YOU CHRIS! You ROCK!!!!!!!

This place is a total SCAM!!! I made an appt to drop off my vehicle for diagnostic on 12/4. I was then reached out to by Leah asking if I wanted to trade in the car, I told her I was considering trading it in sometime but was not sure about it. When I dropped off my vehicle I told them the car has been chugging but does not lose power when accelerating while driving and the check engine light came on once but never came on again and was NOT on when I dropped the car off. I told them they need to drive the car to see what I mean by the chugging feeling. I was told the diagnostic came back as a misfire and that I need a new cylinder head. I told them if this is what will fix the chugging problem then yes to fix it. They told me they have driven the vehicle multiple times before and after fixing as well. They stated the car would be done by Friday 12/8 when I called Friday they said Monday the 12/11. I called Monday thinking my car would be done, but was told the part wasn't even in and they were still waiting on the part. I was upset and told them they need better communication because I'm catching rides with my kids and I need my vehicle. They called when the part came in and said the car would be done by Friday 12/15 or Monday 12/18 the latest, I told them to communicate with me so I can plan accordingly. Monday comes and my car was taken for "test drives because the locks on my car would lock and unlock while driving/stopping." They kept the car to fix the "fuses". On Wednesday 12/20 my vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up. I pay $5,966.02 on my card but the paperwork printed says cash. Within less than 24hours I return with the same issue I came in for. The day I picked it up was close to closing and I had the same issue but they are closed at this time to return. I take my car back on 12/21 and tell them my car has the same exact issue from when I first dropped it off, nothing was fixed!!!

After major engine repairs they forget to secure the dipstick tube, blowing oil all over the undercarriage.

Took our newly purchased Silverado to this service center THREE weeks ago for power train warranty work. Our truck is torn apart (less than 30k miles) for severe engine damage. Dealership initially said repairs would be covered but now it seems each time we get a new message, or call (we have to follow up with them, they don't reach out to us) they are trying to blame us for the damage to the truck we have owned less than 4 weeks (7 including the now three weeks this truck has been in the shop). So far nothing in writing as far as what's needing replaced, or what's wrong with the truck. Now they are trying to charge us over 1000.00 for "cleaning carbon buildup". Buyers of GM products BEWARE! They don't stand behind their vehicles, this service department is an absolute joke, and tries to blame customers for their faulty AFM system that doesn't work! Buy anything but GM! They've had this problem with excess carbon buildup for how long now? And want to ask us why the engine has so much build up. See bulletin below! https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2017/MC-10137635-9999.pdf UPDATE!!!!!! 10-10-2023 PICKED UP TRUCK ON SATURDAY. CHECKED OIL TODAY AND THE DIPSTICK CAME OUT LITERALLY!!!! HOW DID YOUR TECHS MANAGE TO PUT MOTOR BACK TOGETHER YET LEFT THINGS LIKE THIS DISCONNECTED!!! THE INCOMPETENCE IS REAL!!! Update #3 Had to send the truck in AGAIN. The dealership it's at now found that connections to the alternator were routed incorrectly, and started burning wires. So this now makes twice that your tech's mistakes almost caused a fire in our vehicle. Unbelievable!

My husband was looking for a 2023 Chevy Colorado with very specific options. We found it at Casa Grande Chevy. Brian helped us he was great. We drove all over Phoenix to tons of dealers and were so tired of the hard sales press or bumped up prices. Here we got a great price and exactly the truck we wanted. We did have a misunderstanding but they remedied it and really treated us right. We are having fun with this truck and taking it everywhere.

This is me with the vehicle.

I had the pleasure and opportunity of working with this dealership. I was in the market for a 2020 C8 and they managed to have one used. I worked with them on-line as I was in the Phoenix area and then make the trek to finalize. It was a smooth experience, I wasn't hustled or pressured into anything. There wasn't any "here's a special markup" type of surprise when I got there which I would've immediately left. So honesty was truly an ethic in place here. I got there right around closing time and they were nice enough to stay, answer my questions and go through the process. I worked with Austin as my sales associate along with Ken, Paul and Rob at the dealership. Obviously when you get to the financing and payment portion you will still have to go through GAP insurance and extended warranties. Rob spent a lot of time going over the benefits of each one. I did opt for the GAP insurance but when I declined the extended warranties; it wasn't stuck in a 3-4 hour circle of "I understand, but here's why you should really do it." that you would get with other dealers. So I would recommend them as a dealer and if I pick up another vehicle I don't mind the trek coming back up and going through them in the future.

Rear tire at 33 rest at 41 after rotation and completed work.

Seiner wouldn't replace a fault part, go to Jones Ford instead. Much better customer service.

We made it clear we have a toddler and a two-week-old newborn and wanted the process to be smooth which is why we came to an agreement on a price before coming in to see it. We were told it was ready to go on Monday but when we arrived, the car was clearly not ready. Despite being told it was cleaned that morning, the interior was dusty, dirty, and full of fingerprints. We were assured it could be detailed 'again' before purchase, so we continued. On the test drive, it was immediately obvious something was wrong with the suspension. When we mentioned it, the manager told us we could buy the car, take it to a mechanic, and bring it back if something was wrong. Obviously we said no, we want a working vehicle. Then they came back with a "new offer," saying they'd fix the suspension only if we paid $3,000 more than the agreed price. Whether this was dishonesty or incompetence, it's unacceptable. We wasted hours and left feeling misled by the salesman & management there. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

While in the Phoenix area, we looked at several and they were scams or bad customer service. Tucson was the same a month before. We stopped at Jones Buick GMC on a whim and so happy we did. They not only had exactly what we wanted, they bent over backwards to make sure we got the best deal. The car was spotless but needed a few things replaced. They honored everything they had planned on doing in the first place plus more. We were blown away at their commitment to make sure we were well taken care of. From Matt in Management, Brice in sales and Jesus in the Service department and everyone else, it all went very smoothly. I absolutely love the car and can not thank them enough for outstanding commitment and customer service.

I have put all but three miles on it which are what it had when I picked it up at the Jeep dealership in 2006. It has always been serviced at a dealership, until now. This also is not my first Jeep I have owned several since my first new CJ7 in 1977. Now I'm not a Master Mechanic, but I do have a history with the brand and their various tic's. On this model when the 4-wheel sensors get dirty or dusty the service 4 wheel drive indicator comes on. The first few times had the whole diagnostic shindig done only to be told it just needed to be reset. Was also instructed on what to look for and listen for if the system really needed service by the previous dealership Today I stopped by to make an appointment for the 120k service and told them I would need the service 4 wheel indicator reset. I was informed that they would need to run a complete diagnostic which would be an additional $118 on top of the estimated $1,200 for the 120k service. I asked if they would refund the $118 if what I told them proved to be true, that it just needed to be reset. Nope. That told me everything I needed to know about the integrity of this service department. If you are going to charge for a test I don't want or need I'm not willing to take a chance on seeing what other charges they can come up with. I guess when the new Jeep pickup comes out next year I'll be going to Phoenix to buy mine. As for me, I won't be back
