I purchased a Nissan Sentra the good part is it's in a very good driving condition the bad part is I'm hearing noise on the front driver side and I'm really concerned if it's a safety issue I should worry about I took it to the Nissan dealership and they told me it something to do with the fender. They had a manager (didn't get a name) that could assist but that manager kept saying he was too busy for them and then hit them with "why he had been in the US for so long and not learned English". This dealership will have their salesmen lie to you only to have their finance manager back up their lies! Recently tried to finance a 2022 Nissan Altima only to be lied to about sticker price. Originally, they told me that without a down payment they could not help me. Once I was ready to leave Donovan suddenly added 2K to my trade-in value and got my loan "hopefully" approved. A credit ding and a week later and im suddenly denied and they tried to force me into a borderline yo-yo contract. Once I went over fees and my contracts after my denial I see a BS 1000 dollar admin fee and that the price had changed from a $15K (which is already over market value) to a 17.5K price tag. They tried to scam me into a crazy bad loan for a car I didn't want or need after that. Once I signed the cancellation contract after both Johnathan and Donovan refused to explain the random extra $2.5k on my contract; Johnathan proceeded to tell me that this "one return wouldn't hurt" and that he "sells so many cars a month". So unprofessional to get angry after getting caught in a lie. I have never seen such an unprofessional- borderline illegal joke of a business ever. Do not go here. Their Salesmen lie, Finance managers scam. Detailers don't know how to clean or fill up a gas tank. I recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 truck in Tucson from Premier Auto Center. The only truck with my specs was in Phoenix. The sales person, Carlos, and I viewed pictures and a description of the truck on-line. The truck was in perfect condition from the pictures displayed. No damages were outlined in the comments. Carlos indicated there were no recalls or accidents for the truck. We started paperwork for the purchase of and arrangements were made to have the truck brought in from Phoenix. When the truck arrived, I was advised it had a minor scratch but that Premier's employee could buff most of it out. When I arrived, I noticed it was dented AND scraped up above the passenger side wheel well.We also subsequently discovered that the rear passenger door nearest to has trouble closing correctly. Carlos agreed that the damage was not noted online or in the pictures but had no explanation. I was assured it could be fixed by Premier's bodywork/paint person, Troy. I was promised to be charged a low rate as he is Premier's employee. I was given no discount due to this issue and was advised I was already getting the lowest deal possible and was repeatedly reminded it was a 2023 model. Working with Premier's body repair person, Troy, was a complete nightmare. Starting with delays in getting the work done as promised, major issues in the work once it was completed, AND a new dent on the driver side that was not there when we dropped the truck off. The truck had to be returned to address these issues however; we were still left with holes in the paint, bubbles, fisheyes, overspray, dried paint drips, poor repair work on the dent on the driver side and the original dent areas where it was not taped off properly and paint had built up. Troy acknowledged the issues and apologized stating it was not his usual standard of work and would be reimbursing us for some of his work. Efforts to rectify the situation increasingly progressed to non-response. During this time I kept Carlos advised of the issues I was encountering. After a short period of time Carlos advised Troy no longer worked with the company. Then, BOTH stopped answering my texts/calls. We have since taken the truck in for a repair estimate another repair shop and the estimated cost is over $3000 to fix the work improperly done by Premier's body/paint person-Troy. Also noted by the estimator, is that in all the repair areas done by Troy, it is casting a yellow tint indicative of very poor materials. I submitted a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Premier Auto Sales basically said they have nothing to do with the negotiations between us and Troy as he is not an employee of theirs, any longer. My car buying experience with Premier Auto Center Has been so disappointing, I am disgusted with them It has been the ultimate bait and switch. Either the truck was damaged while being driven in from Phoenix kor I was sold a different truck from what I was originally shown during the sales discussions. Then the work done by Premier's Employee was substandard. Please do not purchase from Premier auto center, they Do not stand by their word, they do not have integrity, they are not an honest company. I had an appt on 11/12/24, met with an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I first arrived, it was business as usual, he took my drivers license, proof of income, etc. After my credit was run, the employee asked if I had a "family member with a drivers license" to help me purchase a vehicle. I told him that I did not. The employee said the only way to get into a vehicle is if "someone with a DL could help". The employee asked me over-and-over if a "family member" could help. I said, "no, my mom already helps my sister." The employee then says, "well if your mom can help out your sister, why can't your mom help you?" I just looked at him, as I couldn't believe what he just said. The employee again, pushed the conversation, "I don't get why she won't help you out." I then told the employee I was done, and that I was leaving. As i stood up to leave, the employee stood up from behind his desk just staring at me, he looked unhappy. As I proceeded to leave, the employee did not acknowledge my departure or a hand shake. I exited the building, looked back, the employee was still standing behind his desk staring and watching me leave. I did send a text message to the individual who confirmed my appt, I let her know about what I had experienced and how unprofessional the employee was. To this day, almost a week later, I have not had a response from anyone. I have never been asked so many unprofessional questions by an individual at a car dealership. read more

Premier got him into a small compact car and when I saw it the next day, every tire on the car was a used tire of a different make. One was half bald. Lol They saw this kid coming. They used his fathers credit and once they realized it was bad credit, they came in a hurry to repossess the piece of junk, but karma was served because he had already totaled the vehicle. As soon as I signed papers to get a car they forgot about me and I was waiting to get my car delivered as promised for almost a week. No one would reach out to me or make me a priority as a customer. Was promised full warranty on my Kia but turns out it was for 3months and when I needed someone to replace a part on it it took days to hear back from someone with a poor attitude. A $9500 car sold to me for 18000 plus $6000 in "dealer fees at 23% interest grand total for a $9500 car equal $44,000! Premier will cheat you. I came to Premier after a bad experience at Precision. My transmission had gone out on my old SUV, and I had heard good things about Premier from others. Despite the claim in their ad, Greg was NOT helpful regarding customers with less-than-stellar credit. Instead, it seemed like it was pulling teeth for them to offer me a 2015 Jeep Renegade with significant cosmetic damage, as it was the only thing they could offer me. I accepted that, as I was in a rough spot with no vehicle at the time. They offered me an extremely high interest loan agreement AND had the nerve to value this damaged vehicle at FULL MSRP (as if were not damaged), which I had appraised elsewhere at worth less than half of what I am currently on the hook for. Now I am paying a fortune each month on a vehicle that is barely worth the paper the loan agreement is written on. I am a public school teacher. I devote my life to helping children. Premier took advantage of me in a tough situation, and contrary to their ad, did NOT say "Yes" when I needed a good car at a reasonable cost. Do not make the same mistake I did, and avoid Premier if you can help it. I wish I could give less than one star, I purchased a car this year under the impression given by their commercials of getting you into a "nicer" "newer" car. Sadly this was not the case, the vehicle I bought had multiple issues from the get go, some of which are a huge safety concern. Firstly the vehicle was sold with wheels that were 4 sizes to big for the vehicle which explained all the damages to each wheel well. The hood shows signs of accident damages, there is some kind of glue residue all over the drivers door on the inside and outside. You can clearly see that the window at one point or another had been shattered. also it was missing the fuse box cover inside the vehicle. When I brought up the fuse box and the wheels situation I was told I could either get a door replacement ( a 20 dollar part) or I could have my wheels replaced with the wheels that should have been on the vehicle. Naturally I placed my safety as priority, so I do appreciate the wheels being taken care of. However as I have researched this vehicle more and more since purchase I have come to find multiple things indicitive of a front end collision. When I confronted the business about this information which was also confirmed by an insurance adjuster who ran the vehicles history I was told that they didnt know of any accidents because the history report they use didn't show any however you can find all the information that was found on almost every other site except for the one that this business claims to use. I also noted that this vehicle was sold to me at a price not only higher than when the vehicle was first made and had 0 miles on but also when I asked for an explination and shown a breakdown of how we wound up at this price I was told that it was a used vehicle and thats just how things are now. So in the end if youre in dire need of a vehicle, thats what you can get here, however do not expect to get a vehicle that is reasonably priced, or expect to be told of any accidents or damages that you might want to know about before purchasing the vehicle. so you get what you see with this place, just be careful I suppose. read more

The first time I went to Premier Auto Center was during the dime time. The sales person told me that they do not sell anything under $20000 and kept insisting that I have my mother co-sign. I wanted a truck but the sale person kept trying to get me in a car. The second time was when they were having another deal. I saw a truck that I liked. The sales manager came over to talk with me and told me that it would be hard to get a used truck financed and I would have to put a large down payment on the truck and that the payments would be over $500 a month.
