This is my second review. After the first one I wrote, I was immediately contacted by a representative who clearly has left the company. He was their only light of hope for me. Oh well.... To help revisit my last review, I too was harassed an overwhelming amount of times for one payment that WAS NOT severely late. It was maybe 3 days at worst. I received calls from a blocked number where someone stated they had a tracking device on my car and would reposes the car within 24 or 48 hours (I don't recall the exact time) if I do not pay. NO JOKE! I could not believe it. I was (and still am) beyond disappointed. The threat of repossessing my car was not cool at all. Every single month the calls (at least 3 a day) start the day before my payment is due. I also get emails as well. For the most part, my payments are on time but the harassment is consistent regardless of whether I am on time or late. I know there are many people who are in need of a car and are desperate. I was one of those people. I promise you I am being nothing but truthful when I say stay away from these people.The stress it has caused me is regrettably too much to bare. The agents are what we call GHETTO with no class. RUDE as though the money is going directly into their pockets. So I was supposed to make my last payment this month Dec 2018..my monthly car note was 251 but when I logged in my account it was showing a final balance off about 571. I paid what I could 207 and then I received a message to give them a call..come to find out they were charging me a penalty fee of 62 for not having insurance from April 2018 until October 2018. The gag is I did have insurance from July 2018 until Nov 2018. They would have pocketed 250 if I hadn't called and spoken with someone. This place is horrible to say the least! There is 0 professionalism. You constantly get harassed if your payment isn't early. They will call a ridiculous amount of times and even email you, text you, etc. You will be be psychologically abused with threats of having your car repoed and made fun of because you owe them money and can't afford to pay them off quickly. You will be charged a $12 fee for making a payment on an unsecured website, and then the fee will mysteriously show up on your bill like you never paid it. Definitely some sort of scam. And the bill will never show how much your paying off. On my last payment I kept paying what the website was saying was my pay off amount, but the balance would not show 0. This place is a joke, I started off first with asking f9r a payoff 9 months early. My mom needed a car, she got it financed thru Premier. I offered to pay for it and habe been so far and decided it was time to pay off. I talked to the first rep( no names), she was nice, but when I asked if they could give a sort of discount for paying off early, considering her rate is 21% and the interest has been over 5000 for a 12000 car. It wouldn't hurt to ask. All of sudden I get attitude but I ask if she can at least find out of something can be done. She says the manager will call me back. I wait till the next day, and everyone is in a meeting so they will get back to me. I call a few hours later, and speak to a manager who says you signed a contract for that amount and there is nothing you can do because the interest is paid first and all I'm paying now is the principle. I said nicely maybe you can ask your boss if there is something he could do and he said he was it and nothing can be done. You can tell he was getting hot because I wasn't excepting of there payoff amount. I asked him to give me an amortorized payment history, which we will s ee. I would not be so defensive about what is owed if this company wouldn't have had so many negative reviews from BBB, online reviews, yelp etc. If they had said sure let me see what I can do and do it, that would have made a world of difference. Instead they put you on hold like they are trying to get someone that can help you and then say they are not available. If I would have known the type of loan my mom signed I would have ran away. I understand if your credit isn't above 700 and you need a car badly but do yourself a favor and save up the money to buy a car outright. I have had the unfortunate experience of getting a high interest rate car loan with Premier Auto Credit and it has not been a walk in the park. For the record they are a predatory loan company and they do mean business of they do not get the money you owe them. They will call you almost a dozen times a day and never note that you did speak to someone on your account. They will call all of your contacts that you listed and tell them your business that you are late on your payments and lastly if they can't get a hold of you they will send you a text that a person is coming to pick up the car and that's only if your 30 days late. They could care less about your circumstances. When you get a chance refinance your car loan with another company and run away from this one. read more

ZERO STARS!I have had the misfortune to be financed through Premier Auto Credit since April, 2017. My first payment was not due until May 21, 2017. I started receiving unauthorized text messages and emails by the 10th of May. I called on the 19th of May to make the payment over the phone and was treated alright, except that when the representative inquired about the car insurance, she called me a liar when I informed her I was insured with better than full coverage through State Farm. I provided her with a copy of my insurance card, which they claim they never got, gave her the policy number and contact information for my agent, which they claim they never received. In June I had the misfortune to be hospitalized with heart failure and almost died twice. Premier Auto called me and when I explained that I was in the hospital the woman got very rude and informed me that unless my payment was made right then, (this was five days before the due date) they would use the GPS device to locate and repossess my car, which they cannot do until the payment is three months behind and they have a court order for repossession. They then proceeded to start calling my references multiple times per day, which by law they can only legally do ONCE during the life of the loan and ONLY AFTER the payment is past due. I contacted a friend who made my payment for me, but his check bounced. Immediately, Premier began harassing me while I was still in the hospital with a heart that was operating at only 25% capacity. These reps had no compassion, no patience and no sense of decorum whatsoever. They upset me and affected my heart so badly that the doctor took my cell phone away for two days and when I got it back there were over 50 missed calls from Premier Auto Credit, plus over 20 nasty emails. My friend was a gem and actually made two payments, in cash to Premier Auto Credit, the late payment, plus late fees, and the next payment, which is not even due until July 21, 2017! Still today I am getting harassing emails and text messages. Yesterday, I was going through my mail that had accumulated while I was hospitalized. I found two billing statements from Premier Auto Credit for the June and July payments. On both statements there is a charge of $69 for LDW charge. When I called the dealer I purchased the car from I was informed that this was a $69 charge for INSURANCE because I did not have any insurance on my car! Reminder, I had better than full coverage insurance on the car BEFORE I ever drove it off the lot! When I contacted Premier Auto Credit about the LDW charge the representative would not give me any information until I gave her my name, account number, and bank account information so she could take a payment, which still isn't due until July 21, 2017 and today is only the 14th! I called my insurance agent at State Farm and requested that they fire off a nasty letter to Premier and demand that they credit me the $138 they have charged for insurance I did not need. We will see what happens with that. : A few home truths, 1. They cannot repossess your car unless you are three months behind and only after a court order. 2. They cannot call your references until your payment is past due, then only ONCE throughout the LIFE OF THE LOAN. 3. They cannot enlist the car dealer's help in harassing you about your payment. 4. They cannot disclose credit information to your references or even say its about a debt when they call your references. 5. They cannot call you on your job if you provide them proof in writing as in company policy that you cannot receive personal calls at work. 6. They cannot arbitrarily add insurance and charge you for it if you have provided proof of such to them. 7. They cannot threaten you, harass you, bother you or contact you more than once per day if your payment is late, and even then not until AFTER the grace period has expired. 8. They cannot call you or contact you before 8 am in the morning or after 8 pm at night. 9. They cannot post derogatory remarks or any other derogatory items on your credit before your payment is late past the grace period. 10. If they have repossessed the vehicle, they must give you 15 days to redeem it prior to selling the vehicle, PLUS they MUST get AT LEAST THREE bids on the car and they MUST sell it to the highest bidder to reduce your debt as much as they can. They can ONLY sell the car back to the dealer you bought it from IF and ONLY IF they are the HIGHEST BIDDER! 11. Lastly, and most important, if they sell your car for more than the balance owed, they MUST pay the difference between what was owed, and what they sold it for to YOU! They must also provide an accounting of ALL charges applied and CANNOT stack unexplained charges just to keep you from getting the residual. NOTE: NEVER EVER finance a car through Premier Auto Credit. They are crooks, they charge the dealership over $2,000 just to finance you which the dealer must then collect from you! read more

I called for a customer and the girl who answered was rude and said let me put you on hold to look up the account but never not once asked who I was calling about. *PLEASE RESEARCH THIS COMPANY AND DON'T USE THEM!* I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS* This is my second car loan, but I was blessed to only deal with the car place with the first loan. That was paid off perfectly with kind hearted and caring staff at Aloha Auto Sales. Sadly, they closed their doors and I was forced to deal with PAC. Heres my nightmare vent about PAC... For starters, the car was marked at $4999, but PAC told Aloha $5999. they added 1k saying its a loan option price , later when I chose this car, after I had spent hours looking and deciding. Then they had me wait around longer and changed the down payment to $2000 not the original $1500 as discussed. Without another option I gave the title to my vehicle as a trade for the $2000 down payment which half was cash. That was supposed be sold for the rent. I felt defeated. Then even more confusing is how they somehow took my car and did not honor the trade ,in the final sale. The car was $5999 sale with $2000 down payment and after the first payment of $211, I was confused about still owing $5400. With hours of decisions, PAC switching original deals, feeling defeated and a bored hungry kid. I was just desperate to get the most decent option on the lot, anyway they would let me. That made me an idiot in final sale. Nothing like the first loan. I was hit with many things I never signed in the previous loan, Including a kill switch requirement and final pay off of over $9000. The vehicle broke down the next day and Aloha Auto shutdown 2 days later without a warning. I was forced to deal with crooked PAC. In February I fell ill from Lupus and lost more income ontop of the unexpected down payment I was robbed of ,that should have been rent. That was a factort in losing our home. I got more ill as the stress sent me into severe Lupus flare ups. I still made that months car payment though. Then I lost everything when this world wide crisis began. I just could not make a payment in March. Im a widow with 2 kids and out of a home suddenly and its devastating. Right away they began daily calls and texts with warnings of repo or adverse actions. Calls returned were often unanswered or sent to voicemail. By the 3rd week late , I spoke to Pepper who was cold and heartless. She didn't want to hear anything and refused to help in any way. I was very upset in yet another extremely stressful situation and she even took pride in stating "they will come take the car and all my belongings." Then the texts and calls continued and I was physically unable to handle being threatened again in the worst time. I told them I can make up the payments in 2 weeks when my income starts again, but we have nothing , not even a home right now. Today I started receiving calls and text from repo and loss prevention so I tried one last time to explain my situation and make an arrangement. They were still heartless and not willing to work with me. They said they were going to repo and threatened me then put me through more stress, just to refuse help again. Pretty evil after all that has already been done. I know this treatment is normal for them, but its shocking how awful this company is.They are willing to take a bigger loss for everyone involved over giving an extension or any arrangement. Everyone loses over this companies disgusting way of conducting business. In the scariest time for my kids and I, all of America really. PAC should be ashamed. There was one lady, Xochil I believe, that I could tell wouldn't have made such a bad decision if she was in a position to make the decision. This company is the WORST of the WORST. I paid off car July 24th and here we are Sept 28th and still no proof of anything. I have called multiple times and every single conversation all I get is the dept you need are on lunch, on break or vacation. I have voiced myself every single time I called that my car is no longer working and I need proof it is mine to sell it. Well now weeks later only paper I got for my car is a parking ticket because obviously I can't move it. This is ridiculous and stressful. I paid my monthly payment of $335 every month. and now that I only have 2 more payments they are stating that they took out fees from my payments and it amounts to one extra full payment of $335. Through out the term of my contract I have experienced NOTHING but the BEST customer service , attention and understanding . Well, I called again right after that.....talked to another person she also hung up on me and made a third called and he also hung up on me. So, I am really stranded lol none of them is willing to help me. After all of ths but same day my friend wired me money then I made my payment. The only reason I am giving these people a star is because it's mandatory! These people are beyond rude and unprofessional! They do not know jack shit about running a business! I got conned into doing business with them through my dealer PLEASE do not let your dealer talk you into having them buy your loan. I am looking into refinancing with Meriwest because I just cannot and will not deal with these uneducated rude individuals. I got harassed because I was 5 days late on my car payment! Mind you there is a 10 day grace period. They started calling all my references within the 5 days of being late started blowing up my work phone. Calling me over 3 times a day. They wouldn't even allow me to make half of the payment it was all or none and I wasn't even late when I had asked if I could just pay half for now. I recently called to ask about a letter that I had received in the mail and the customer service representative was so beyond rude and she hung up on me. I was thinking that this company was a corporate company turns out they are a small business with a bunch of crooks working for them. I am in the works of emailing some customers who were as dissatisfied as I was in hopes that something be done about this business.
