I work in the Medical field, While traveling between my Summerlin office and the Imaging Center; my Engine started acting up as if it was going to cut out, as well as my service engine light flashed 3 or 4 times. Called my dad, did the diagnostic test and turned out to be the Cyclinder 3 misfire detected. well my sister referred me over to where she went. I called, told them and they confirmed it was, what it was suspected. I also had them check put my AC and fixed while my car was there. 5 years later, I'm writing to say that Keith, Chris, and the team at Premier are still delivering consistently excellent, trustworthy car (& other - read on!) repair services. Some examples from the last 5 years: 2004 Honda Odyssey: Out of nowhere the engine developed a "miss". I limped it down there, sputtering. They changed out the ignition coils. Problem solved. No upsell. Typical experience at Premier. 2004 Honda Odyssey: I was parked for an out of town flight. Car was a victim of an attempted catalytic converter theft. Start it up, exhaust is WAY LOUDER than normal. I call Keith in a panic and explain the situation. I can see the converter is still there. He has me fire it up. "Sounds like they cut your exhaust piping trying to get at it", he says. "Will it hurt it to drive it?", I ask. "Shouldn't be a problem", he answers. Keith stays late and takes the van in. Next day, he takes it to a muffler shop they use, where they weld up the holes the thieves cut in the exhaust piping. Total bill: $100. I can't imagine that whole sequence of events happening at a dealer... Most recent visit to Premier: I need to make some adjustments to an Equal-i-zer trailer hitch so it will fit a new truck and travel trailer combo I've purchased. The torque specs are ridiculously high (330 and 420 ft-lbs). No answer at U-Haul after several attempts. I call Keith and explain the situation. He says come on down. Total bill $46.50. Every single dealing I've had with Keith and the guys at Premier has proven them to be honest, knowledgeable, and fair. No upsell. Ever! Keith and his auto repair team are the best in town! They have repaired my old 1997 Toyota many times and even my newer BMW. Their prices are the best in town but what is most important is the honesty. You can trust Keith and his knowledge of cars. He will tell you if a repair is need or if it can wait. I went in to have my transmission oil checked, he replaced it, charged me about $400 and said it didn't need to be done....they why did you do it? I had a leak, they said it was the transmission, but none was leaking and the fluid level was normal, but they changed it along with the gaskets...more money. I was leaking again, which I still am, and they said it was the gasket so the labor was free but they charged me $50 for a new gasket...when I crawled under my car when i got home, everything was dirty, so no work was done but they charged me $50. He use to be real honest and great, but the last 2 times he has charged me for work not needed and work not done. Do not trust your money or your car with their new mechanics....rip offs... read more

Avoid at all costs!!!! I made arrangements to drop my vehicle off after hours, and was instructed to leave all information and the keys in their dropbox. This was on a Thursday evening around 7 PM. I let the staff know I would be on vacation for several days but left them all pertinent information to contact me. My vehicle was parked in a designated parking spot across from their front door. When I got back from vacation they had no idea where my vehicle was. It had been towed on a Saturday. They had Never checked their dropbox all day on Friday.
