The business was shut down in mid-July to replace the existing kiosk and shed with a single building. It was supposed to occur in June, but apparently the required building permits were not procured. From the start, the project has been poorly managed. Usually when a business does a makeover such as this, there is some form of communication to customers regarding the plan. For example, signage is placed to inform customers of the upcoming changes, and the plan for returning to normal business. No such communication occurred, other than perhaps the barista informing customers verbally. This does nothing to inform transient customers, who are not even aware that the kiosk exists. And loyal, long-term customers such as my wife and I are left in the lurch, not knowing if or when the kiosk will ever return to business. As of August 21, we are still unsure whether the kiosk will be open any time soon. In the meantime, we are left with hoping the food court coffee trailer is open when we are looking for coffee (forget Dunkin'). There are no signs in the window, just building permits in various stages of incompletion. It's been very disappointing, as my wife and I have been frequenting this coffee kiosk for more than 10 years (back when Nancy and Karl Colbrunn owned it). In the business world, a Project Manager can make all the difference. This project could easily have been done in less than two weeks, which would have reduced the adverse impact to customers and employees. Perhaps the owners could do some damage control and (at least) put up some kind of information in the windows of the new building letting customers know what is going on. Also, consider placing some kind of signage along the street to let folks know there is actually a coffee kiosk in the parking lot (not just some random building sitting there).

Since then, everything has gone downhill and this place is hit or miss depending on who makes your food, not to mention that anything worth having or anything that is not a cheap item has been removed from the menu (ex: hearts of palm, and now even the popular jackfruit tacos!) Only the cheapest ingredients left behind such as beans, chickpeas, onions, cilantro so they can major profit more and more. I am Spanish so of course I understand the language and alot of times they talk bad or whisper to each other right in front of me when you are undecided or make changes to the menu items. In my opinion, a different manager is needed that values customer service as the current manager is rude and does not like when you ask for substitutions and very stingy as well with portion sizes. Back in the day if i wanted half a scoop of one topping and half of another on my tacos it was ok, not anymore. A lot of people who don't come here often rate good as a good lunch spot but when you come here consistency, you start to see the flaws and lack of service,
