This facility is a great place to play and practice. So many cages to hit in, fields are in great shape and they continue to invest in expansions and improvements. With so much demand in the area, I can't see a way to do it any better than the way Premier is operating currently. read more

Fields are good but that's where the positive things stop. Parking is expensive, the staff is extremely rude, umps are typically awful, and the bathrooms are frequently out of order. You can smell the human waste from the parking lot. read more

The middle fields are great! Great seating and coverage! Nice indoor area, good bathrooms and decent concessions. The back fields are HOT! Minimal coverage and seating. Port-a-potties are disgusting! And the concession is never fully stocked. Getting in to the park is cumbersome and traffic is often backed up down the road. $5-10/car isn't bad BUT the parking is HORRID!! There's not enough parking so there is always a long walk to the fields. read more

Wow what can I say! I am blown away by this park, they have 10-15 fields! They also have a snack station we can actually watch live games and depending when your kid is playing you could possibly watch them play as well from the snack station indoors. The fields are just amazing! This place is humongous, lots of great competition here. My son is on a select team and we have played three games here so far and let me tell you were I am thoroughly impressed by this ballpark. I was talking to her coach and he was telling me this facility cost about 30 to 40 million dollars to construct. So far this has to be my favorite stadium my son has ever played at. This place is humongous so be prepared to walk, if you have old grandparents are older family members it's not walkable. You will have to push them in a wheelchair and also be careful because you have to go over some unstable rocks in the parking lot. Great job premier ! read more

We have been to multiple tournaments at this park. Fields 3-6 are really nice state of the art facilities with individual stadium seating with backs. The concession stand is huge and indoors so you can view the game in the a/c. There are plenty of options to eat and the barbecue stand has a plastic cup you can buy for $5 and refill for $1 with tea. The restrooms are located conveniently inside the round pavilion with the concession stand. It's a great experience and a nice place to visit. The Infields are turf, the outfields are grass, and the dugouts rival an MLB teams. However, fields 7 & 8 are terrible for spectators. It has small metal bench seating with no backs and Johnny's on the Spot as a restroom. The concession stand is a small metal building with a few snacks and a sign telling you to walk a half mile to the main concession stand for hot drinks. There is no barbecue place and you have to walk the long walk to refill your tea cup as well. The Infields are also turf, the outfields are grass as well, but the dugouts are not near as nice. I think if your kids have to play on these fields then you should not be charged the same amount to play. My biggest complaint about this park are the horrible umpires. With so much money being poured into this park and Houston being such a big area, you would think they would be more selective with the umpires they hire. This comment is not based on one game but multiple games, in multiple tournaments, over multiple years. Overall, it's a park with a lot of potential if they would upgrade all the fields to be the same and workout the umpire issue. read more

I don't understand the negative comments the place was incredible compared to places that I have seen in the past. The bleachers have backs and armrest you can even watch the game in the AC. All bleachers are covered and shaded. The reason for the 4 and not 5 is the the concession stand. On window open line way to long and at 3 in the afternoon you have run out of items. They don't even have property bathrooms, mostly port'a'potty all around the fields. There is one main concession pavilion with bathroom but it's like a forever and a day walk.......the fields are nice but no way is there any validation on charging $10 for parking when the teams have already forked over $350-550 for a weekend tournament. On July 2, 2022 we played the back fields where there are port-a pots for restroom and very rude young girls running the concession stand. Out of all the places we play this is the only one that charges $20.00 a car and the facility sucks! read more

Reminds me of Baseball USA in that when it first opened it was excellent. Over the years and thousands of games, you can see the wear and tear. $20 a car each day is too much. Still much better than B USA! And a lot of parking. All stands are covered. Safe and not as hot. Umps usually pretty good. Easy access on and off of 99 read more

Nice large facility. Pretty cool that as a team anyone is able to download the scoreboard app to use the scoreboard. Great idea! Wish there was a little more variety on food in concessions, but I could see that being difficult to maintain in a large facility. Appreciate the support for first responders as well. read more

It is a real shame that the owners have let this once beautiful ballpark to fall into such disrepair. The pitching mounds are atrocious, the restrooms look like they could care less. It is not like their not making any money. I just don't understand it. read more

Played in a tournament here this weekend and we were shocked at the behavior of the umpires. The short rotund man on our field yelled profanity at one of our ELEVEN year old players, EJECTED another player for showing frustration after a tough call, and generally spent more time yelling, making poor calls, and being disrespectful than paying attention to the game. We will not be looking to play more tournaments here. read more
