To be clear this was my very first time meeting her; we had never spoken before my appointment. Before the session began, she shared her "I sat with your energy" reading, something she does ahead of time, and she was spot on with every detail. It was as if she already knew exactly what my soul had been carrying without me having to say a single word. Her approach to healing is unlike anyone I've met before. It's deeply personal, intuitive, and tailored to each individual's needs, and I absolutely love that. I intentionally waited a full day before writing this review to see how I felt not just immediately afterward but also the following day. I informed Tiffany of this when I booked my initial appointment and told her I would need a receipt for my insurance. I accidentally gave her the wrong email to send the receipt to (and later realized I needed to send the receipt myself to the insurance to receive reimbursement) I asked Tiffany on multiple occasions to please provide me my receipt so I could be reimbursed for my massage. She responded to my initial message in January saying she would send it to me that week. She never did. I followed up an additional four times via Instagram and once via text. I have even called and left a voicemail. Nothing. Again I'm very sad to have to write this review but the customer service is really lacking which is NOT the initial impression I got from her while in her studio. Just be aware that if you need a receipt for insurance reimbursement you may not be able to get one from her.
