Janna's classes bring the fire and the grounding. Jesse's classes are all fire and fun music. Cate offers a wonderful yin class that has a bit of spice. Alma heals all with her nidra class. The workouts are challenging and effective, but what keeps me coming back is the incredible community. All the instructors are so supportive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each other's success. It's more than just a fitness studio, it's a place where everyone is encouraged to show up as they are. They also host amazing community events that make it easy to connect with people outside of class and create a sense of belonging that's hard to find. One of my favorite things is that I've even been able to bring my parrot Convict with me on occasion, which says a lot about how warm and accommodating everyone is. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this studio from the amazing teachers to the cold citrus towel. Been coming here since their first year anniversary, and I look forward to all the classes, whether it's Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, sculpt, or special 26&2 workshops. I absolutely love them all and being around people who are passionate and nerdy about what they do. When you love something, it's no longer a job, and I can feel that here.

I booked the cold plunge for $20 and when I arrived the staff was so welcoming. The owner was there and asked if I needed coaching for cold plunge and I said yes. Her coaching and breathing exercises made this experience 10x better. I think I stayed in there for about 3 minutes. If you do the cold plunge definitely recommend you ask for coaching. The owner was so kind and even offered me a few minutes into the red light sauna. Can't wait to be back her again.
