When I got the drapes home, I expected the lighter one to no longer match the set, but both panels still had multiple stains on them. The lighter panel, it was about 8 inches shorter than the rest of the set the panel that is the correct color it has multiple stains like it wasn't cleaned. And it's missing the grommet off the top.

I was told it could take a while to get my dress back but I didn't mind! I believe it took about 4 weeks to get my dress back which was very fast in my opinion! It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. This laundromat offers some MEGA load washers that allow you to do a lot at once and pay by credit/debit card which is ideal. I mean we are in a coin shortage aren't we ;-). They have several sizes of washers and dryers but only the larger ones take cards. Now for those that have banked their coins or don't mind cashing in on a load of quarters. They offer an ATM for a fee and coin changer. There's a soap center in case you forgot something and a vending machine. Now on to the cleanliness. Really that kind of up to the customers and the maintenance when they come in to clean. There was no one on site. One of my loads came out covered in cat hair. UGH. Now that is not cool. I am highly allergic so this was a major issue. I re- washed in a different machine and all was well. Bathroom on site was somewhat clean but had NO TOILET PAPER. I saw no number to call to let them know place is in need of service.
