The cleaning itself is fine. However the customer service is horrible. They lost one of my husbands shirts. Management was to call us and let us know where it might be. 4 days later it was dropped on our front door. We were traveling and thank goodness we have a fantastic neighbor who saw it and grabbed it. I also have pointed out several times that they have an incorrect cc on file. As I looked at the receipt the person at the front said well it went through. I said yes but not on my card. So whoever got charged thank you but it does not seem to be an issue to them. I called today to share my issue with them and they offer a $20 credit. The shirt is worth significantly more than that. The service here used to be fabulous in the last six months it has gone down hill. Employees make a difference. read more

Did car side valet. Never been there before and I told the lady that immediately so I could get some sense of direction. I asked if I was just supposed to give her the bags and she said "um yeah" with a confused look on her face. I get them in and she's very quiet since I had 4 bags. I could tell right off the bat she dislikes her job very much based off her attitude and tone of voice. Unfortunately she weighed them and told me it wouldn't be until 6 days later all my laundry would be done. Not a huge deal but I thought it was a little crazy a laundry place takes a week to do laundry but that's just me. tried something new to help myself out and unfortunately it didn't go as planned. I said I will have to take my items back due to the wait and she didn't explain anything as to why the wait was so long other than the days they are closed. she quietly brought up and stuff and didn't say anything. Very very strange interaction for a first time service and i most certainly will not be back to any locations. DO NOT, DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS CLEANERS!!! I brought in 2 panels of curtains, to have cleaned that are part of a 4 piece set, not only did it, take 5 plus weeks to get these cleaned when I went to pick them up. One of them was significantly lighter than the other after ten days of management, not returning my calls and argument back and forth, they agreed to refund my $166 cleaning fee. When I got the drapes home, I expected the lighter one to no longer match the set, but both panels still had multiple stains on them. The lighter panel, it was about 8 inches shorter than the rest of the set the panel that is the correct color it has multiple stains like it wasn't cleaned. And it's missing the grommet off the top. read more

BRIDES! Do not drop off your dress here. Dropped off my wedding dress early January, picked it up Friday January 31st 2025. Long story short I had the bra pads sown in my dress and Saturday morning realized my bra cups were detached from my dress. I was not informed they came out of my dress, I was not informed when I dropped off my dress they would detach. Brides, save yourself from dropping your dress off here, make sure you bring it somewhere who is familiar and gentle with wedding dresses. Paid over $200. Plus side the dress smells good and someone at least safety pinned the bra pads to the dress. read more

Their entire establishment wreaks of toxic chemicals and your clothes will too for months! Even after washing the chemical over- scented perfume out, the stench remains for 3-4 washes. Having to rewash everything 5 times to feel it's safe to wear again defeats the purpose of sending clothes to a cleaner at all. In top of this, my clothes were not delivered as promised and then when I showed up to get them since they weren't delivered I was met with two workers and no manger and nobody knew where my clothes were. If I hadn't have been persistent I doubt I would have gotten my clothes that day! They were left in a locked truck in the parking lot and I was able to retrieve them and take them home only to discover they had been crop dusted with stinky chemicals. I'll never use their service again. read more

I used this service for over 2 years . Both my husband and I. I recently took my plush white AGGI suit for dry cleaning. It was brand new. I had worn it once for a photo shoot. When I picked it up the suit was basically a grayish /lavender. The color was also fraying with threads coming out. This suit is expensive. It is a fine garment. The manager, Suzette, immediately took responsibility and said we will make it right and told me to send my receipt for the refund. When the owner Scott realized they had ruined an expensive suit he back track and tried to blame it on the manufacturer. This is appalling! Take your rags here- don't take anything you value. Shirts came back from the cleaners wrinkled. Collars were not pressed. Have to take them somewhere else to get them properly ironed. The strong smell on them is overwhelming. This was our first visit and will not be back. read more

Not a creditable run business. I am missing three pairs of high end pants in the last four months and this last time I had only wore the $145 pants once and I'm 100% sure they were in the laundry drop off bag with the rest of my spring break dry cleaning. They boast convenience with a drop bag and drive up service, however you don't get a drop off receipt and when something does not come back it's too bad for you & me. Use caution here... I decided to try Tide Dry Cleaners after reading a couple reviews. I dropped my dress off to be cleaned on April 17 and was told it would be cleaned the following day. I was thrilled to learn the business had a drive thru as well. Having small children that can stay in their car seats is wonderful for any parent. I did ask for a small alteration to be done on my dress. I was told by the friendly girl whom I imagine was in high school; it would be very minor and they would be able to do it at the location. She also told me since it was so minor it would be free of charge. We agreed someone would call me Monday and go over the alteration with me and verify everything was correct. I informed her I needed the dress for Saturday, April 23 in which she stated it would not be a problem. On Monday I received a phone call advising the small stitch I needed done would need to be done off site. They advised the price would be $30.00 for this stitch. I agreed and again stated I needed the dress for April 23. I was told it would be ready by Friday, April 22 after 5pm. When my husband and I went to pick the dress up on the way to our event on April 23 the clerk could not find my dress. Finally, the store owner came out and told me how the tailor the company used was closed on Friday. He advised they were calling the tailor now to verify she was open and that he would run and go and get the dress and drive it to my house. Great, if I didn't need the dress NOW. We agreed to follow him to the tailor's in the next city over to the west. Once there he retrieved the dress and as he was bringing it to me I could tell it had not even been washed. I asked him THE OWNER of the business if this was washed and his reply "it should be". I then showed him a marking and continued to find other markings on the dress. The dress was never washed. The owner made a comment about wearing the dress that night. I advised him I was supposed to be wearing the dress to a ball that night. He said he was sorry and that was it. I am so disappointed in this business and the owner. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I was so thrilled to find this cleaner, with wonderful amenities, including drive through service and free delivery/pick-up. But, unfortunately, I have had a string of terrible experiences with them. First a unique, irreplacable button was broken on a garment, forcing me to purchase all new buttons, at my expense. Then, I picked up an item which hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. But, mistakes happen. I'd give them another chance. With my next order, an integral part of a garment was missing. It had been mixed into another person's order, and I had to wait a week until it was returned to the cleaner and then to me. Upsetting as it was, I decided to give them yet another chance. But, when my next order was returned to me, one item appeared not to have been cleaned at all, and another item, which also was an essential part of a total garment, was totally missing. After 24 days this item finally has been found. But I've had to do without it for nearly a month. I really have given them a chance. I want to support local businesses in every way I can, but this dry cleaner not only has lost my support, I also will discourage everyone I know from using them. read more
