I wore it to my son's wedding and brought it in to be cleaned right afterwards. I marked the spots I could find with plastic covered paper clips and pointed them out to the girl working there when I dropped it off. When I picked it up and took it home to check out their work, I was amazed and dismayed to find not only were the spots not cleaned, they had actually not even removed all the paper clips. It was also badly pressed. I took the dress back and there was a different person working there who apparently had no authority to do anything but run the register. I told her my problem and she said they would clean it again, and I said no way, I want my money back. I asked for the manager, who wasn't there. I asked when he would be back. She didn't know. I asked if she would call him and find out. She called and explained my situation to him. I asked if I could talk to him but he said no. The only thing the manager offered was store credit. I said no way will I ever come back here, so forget it. I am out the cost of the "cleaning" and hoping the dress has not been damaged by whatever they did or did not do to it. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The price was right as a first time customer, but I will not be back for a second chance.

It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. They got the tulle pieces more clean than I could, but the under layer is still very orange. At least it smells good, staff was nice and kept in good communication. I would go back for other items!

Considering a new down comforter starts around $150.00, I would at least like to TRY cleaning this one! I immediately drove to a different dry cleaner and the lady there was very kind and said that they have special cleaning solutions that they can use on the material to try and lift the stain and smell. She was more than happy to take my comforter and clean it for me.
