They removed our grass and leveled the area which was very uneven due to our septic settling. They replaced all the sprinklers added drip. They added decomposed granite to an area and built a flagstone and DG walkway. We have acreage and they laid over 3,000 square feet of grass! They also laid gopher wire under the sod. I understand that with every new house, there is a learning curve. I saw an ad that they would do steam cleaning and it sounds like it's only areas that require special attention. As I was looking for a cleaning service, I was very excited that they would have this special tool. I'm hoping to see the difference in the areas they clean with this tool. The initial cleaning took about 3 hrs with a team of 2. They respected that I don't want them to wear shoes during the cleaning and they had booties or took off their shoes.
