Really amazing service. I was in a car crash that messed up my bumper and I went through insurance to get repairs at this center. It took about three weeks (part of that was the insurance processing), but Calvin called me frequently to give me updates on how the repair was going. It was a very smooth and great process! As a side note, I had a messed up panel on the side of my car from backing into my garage. Since it wasn't part of the original accident, insurance wouldn't cover the damage. I asked Calvin about how much it would cost to repair it out of curiosity, and he estimated upwards $2000+ to replace the part. But after looking at it, he mentioned he could probably shove the panel back in, which he promptly did on the spot. Completely fixed that part of my car for free and saved me a ton of money. I took my car to Premier Collision Center after being treated horribly at a larger chain body shop. From the moment I walked in, Calvin and Geo were amazing!! My car was scratched while parked and it didn't look like there was a lot of damage, but when they did a walk-around they pointed out that there was also a dent where the scratch was. Because I was going through insurance, they needed to contact the adjuster so an inspection could happen before any repairs and they kept me updated. Once the repairs were approved, Calvin immediately contacted me to let me know they would start working on it the next day, as well as giving me the date when they anticipated it to be ready. Calvin called me a few days later just to let me know they were on schedule and my car would be ready that following Monday, but he would follow-up at the end of the week if anything changed. On Friday mid-day, Calvin called with the news that my car was ready and I could pick it up after 3:30 because they wanted to have it washed. When I picked it up, it was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off (inside and out). You also would never know that there was a scratch and a dent in the door. If I ever need any type of body work on my car, I will definitely go back to PCC. Everyone was so nice, explained the process clearly, and kept me informed the entire time. read more

This was the best body shop I've ever been to. I got hit by a commercial semi and it crunched the back of my car. The shop communicated with my insurance so there was no worry on my end I had to fight for coverage. They fixed it honestly better than new, and even gave it a free car wash (outside AND inside), and gave me a gift card to thank me for my service.
