So, I recently got a 2005 Dyna low rider Harly Davidson. They did not produce a lot of these bikes, I was lucky enough to find one that had been garaged only 5,000 miles and flawless. I wanted to "polish" it up some so I took it to Premier Collision Center. I met Ronnie when I walked in, I asked for his opinion on a detailed job for the bike. I told him my main goal was to do no harm! He told me it would benefit me to detail the bike out. He said it would bring back a lot of luster to the paint. A large stray dog ran in front of my SUV recently and I couldn't avoid hitting it. The dog wrecked the front of my car and did a lot of damage underneath as well. The AAA tow truck was unavailable so someone from Premiere came out with their tow truck and picked up my vehicle. There was a lot of damage, but two weeks later I had my SUV back in beautiful condition as well as spotlessly clean. The repairs were thorough and I've had no trouble since the repairs were done. Everyone I dealt with was honest and there were no surprises. It's nice when everything gets fixed the first time as it is supposed to, and they handled the entire insurance paperwork as well. A few months ago, my clips broke on the tracks of my sunroof and I couldn't close it. It was on a Friday around 4ish. Without hesitation I took my car in right away, (I had plans to go to the coast the next day!) there was no guarantee that they could get it closed without breaking the glass, but I had all the faith that they could get er done! And sure enough they were able close the window without breaking the glass! Needless to say I was so greatful! I asked em how much it was going to cost and they said no charge! My Honda Accord had it's catalytic converter stolen and I chose Premier to get it repaired. The came out and towed the car to the shop. Getting the parts was difficult and took about 6 weeks, which was out of their control. Once the parts were in, they got it done! I still have a part that needs replacing, but they were open to let me know what time works best to get it put in.
