Following a car accident claim, I trusted Rich's Auto with body and suspension repairs. Daniel (office supervisor) and Julian (adjuster) were dismissive of my serious concerns. Rich's Auto subcontracted the suspension work to 'Super Shop,' who not only failed to fix the issues but also damaged the lower control arm. I ultimately took the car to Midas, where they immediately identified and repaired the safety issues missed by Rich's. I had to diagnose the body, alignment, and door issues myself, only to have Rich's staff argue with me and act condescendingly regarding their faulty workmanship. Rich's Auto Repair hired Super Shop for accident-related suspension repairs, but they only applied temporary, unsafe patches despite multiple attempts to fix it. After Super Shop repeatedly failed to properly repair the vehicle, I took it to MIDAS, who correctly addressed the issues and fixed the damage caused by Super Shop's negligent work.

Yesterday, I brought my car in because the battery light on my dashboard lit up. I was somewhat puzzled because the battery I purchased from them was just over a year old. In less than 10 minutes, I was told that the battery is fine, but the alternator is faulty. To my surprise, I was not charged for the diagnostic check that they performed. In my mind, that is unheard of. (So, just for fun, I called another auto shop and asked how much they charge for diagnosing a "battery light" on the dashboard. They quoted me $180.)
