It's like a Thanksgiving gift for me. I took my vehicle about two days ago to Central Valley collision and I got a call on my lunch that my vehicle is already ready. I had my 2018 Infiniti Q50 repaired by this shop a few times on both the left and right front side. Now both wheel well covers on the driver and passenger side have came off and are shredded. I thought their work was guaranteed. Tried to contact them by email and wasn't able to submit anything to them. read more

They promptly fixed and worked with the other parties insurance. They fixed things outside of the service such and detailed the exterior. The customer service is top tier, Dan and Jesse are the best. Everyone here is on top of it, for the most part, there was some damage they didn't fix which was apart of the accident and are currently contacting the insurance regarding it to see if they can fix it (I made sure as the inspector was looking that it was to be fixed, and it should be fixed...). Not sure what's with the mixed reviews, I've had my car fixed here three times within the past 5 years and each time was satisfied with the repairs. Communication was on point, information was clear, quality was excellent, and have personally recommended them to friends and family. read more

I continue to have a bad experience with this shop. Had to go again regarding what they fixed since they left gaps. I had one of the guys act like he couldn't notice anything while he inspected. Told me that there is really no gaps and called another guy to check it out and he indeed seen there was an issue. I would have gave a better star review, but the issue was still not resolved. They did fix most of the gaps, but still left some so having to go there for the 3rd time when im nowhere at fault for how they left the work they performed is ridiculous. Now lets just hope the receptionist fixes her attitude and doesn't make a comment again when I tell her I have to stay and wait since this vehicle is my only source of transportation. read more

I was very pleased with Jesus's service, patience, attention to detail and helpfulness. He took the time to help me figure out which route I wanted to go with my vehicle and even offered a free touch up paint when the work is done ( which I forgot to ask about when picking up my vehicle. ) Valerie at the front desk was helpful, quick and efficient. The adjuster's are the best in customer service really care about the customers needs, they're friendly and knowledgeable with insurance stuff so we don't worry about a thing. My car was in their shop for over 3 months waiting for repair. When the last part finally showed up, the shop called me and insisted I pick my car up immediately. I explained that I was working and could not pick it up for 3 days. They said that they would be charging me storage fees if I did not pick it up right away. The staff has been rude. Especially front office girl. I gave this place a try since all other shops were booked out for months. Turns out, I should have just waited for a more professional and quality shop. If I would give this place a 0 Star I would! Customer Service is Horrible! The front lady needs to be replace! She called me at 4:10pm saying the car was ready they close at 5pm! Then I told her I couldn't pick up cause I was at work.. so she was like well make an appointment to come pick up the car. i called her back telling her I would pick up at 4:30pm So she was like okay then. 40 minutes later she calles me to pick up the car earlier because shes getting off early! Im sorry but the business hours you have says 8-5pm so then I tell her how professional is she telling me to change my plans cause she has to leave early? This place isn't reliable at all. In the past this place was fair at best, however my family had to have a small portion of bumper painted. My father was told to bring his car in on Monday they finished up his car at closing on Friday, after saying it would be a couple of days. The customer service is terrible and the manager really didn't care much. I suppose COVID's to blame. I'll not go back again nor can I recommend such a place. read more

Do not come here!! I was in an accident on 11/4/22, brought my car in for an estimate 11/7, they told me they were going to order the parts. on 12/6 i called for an update and they advised me one part was in but the other part wouldnt be in until 1/17. they scheduled me to drop off my car 1/23. I called another place 12/20 and they advised they could get all the parts in by 12/27. called Central Valley to cancel and they were rude, told me my parts had all come in 11/28 so wanted me to pay 30% restocking fee. I was straight up lied about them still waiting on parts was just given the run around. nearly two months later my car was still sitting in my garage and they wanted to me to wait another month to get me in. Super rude and unprofessional. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. read more
