I was worried that the paint wouldn't match up because I have used so much wax on the rest of the car, but I was wrong, it looks great!! The went the extra mile with the amount of detailing the did on the outside and inside, I swear it looks better than when I drove it of the lot. I may have to wreck it again just to get the interior detailed in the future! Kidding, I have no plans on another wreck haha Be nice to the girls up front, I've seen them deal with a lot of busy situations in just the few minutes I was at the desk, they have. Daniel (office supervisor) and Julian (adjuster) were dismissive of my serious concerns. Rich's Auto subcontracted the suspension work to 'Super Shop,' who not only failed to fix the issues but also damaged the lower control arm. I ultimately took the car to Midas, where they immediately identified and repaired the safety issues missed by Rich's. I had to diagnose the body, alignment, and door issues myself, only to have Rich's staff argue with me and act condescendingly regarding their faulty workmanship. Rich's Auto Repair hired Super Shop for accident-related suspension repairs, but they only applied temporary, unsafe patches despite multiple attempts to fix it. After Super Shop repeatedly failed to properly repair the vehicle, I took it to MIDAS, who correctly addressed the issues and fixed the damage caused by Super Shop's negligent work.
