I came here as a walk in after reading the reviews on yelp. I did have to wait about 35 minutes, so now I know to call ahead and make an appointment. However, the hair cut I got was worth the wait. I use to only get my hair cut at Ulta, but to be honest I feel it's over priced and the stylist aren't always super friendly there. I came in and showed Estella a hair cut I wanted that was actually a mixture of two hair cuts. She gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so adorable. My husband loves my hair too. I have to say I was Very satisfied by this Hair Salon. It is very clean and the staff is really friendly! The price for an adult haircut is about average around $13 ($10 on Wednesday). However the quality was any thing but average! The stylist that worked on my haircut was Warren. I am a stickler for detail and I noticed everything he did. He washed his hands before he touched my head and disinfected and brushed off every clipper, comb, and pair scissors before he used them on my hair! He was treating my hair like clay ready to be sculpted into a masterpiece! Warren was very meticulous and left not one hair out of place. Will never bring my daughter (5) here again! The female stylist was rough and inattentive to my daughter as she man handled her hair... Pulling and tugging until she literally sat crying in the chair. The stylist was more interested in a Spanish conversation and exchanging money with a coworker for something the coworker went to get at HEB right next door. I stopped the blow dry before she was finished and never again would I bring her here for a hair cut. I know it's on the less expensive side but that doesn't mean any stylist should sacrifice attention to detail, especially when it comes to a little toddler! It was painful to watch and I regret even paying for the service, but I just wanted to get my crying child out of there as fast as I could. read more

I use to live in Kyle and visited here weekely. I recently moved to north Austin and decided to visit the one in Round Rock. Very disappointed in RR location. Meghan is the only one that actually cared and didn't rush. But at RR location I felt that I had to keep my kids quite and like they were not welcomed there. This place does those fire hair cuts at an affordable cost to the average blue collar, hard hat wearing, lunch pale carrying man. If you're bored that's ok, they've got a full 42" HD TV!! Every Wednesday they will cut men's hair for $10. So I go in about every 6 weeks and they cut my hair. When they ask me how I want to cut myself and make it shorter and use whatever tools appropriate. So far whichever stylist is available she has always done great job. read more

My family and I have been coming here since it opened and are still happy with this place! I come the most often (every two weeks) and whichever person cuts my hair does a great job. They're open on the weekends, have $10 specials on Wednesdays for men (reg $14) plus other specials online and during the week. They also do kids cuts as young as baby/toddler in a little airplane to make it more fun. I recommend this place for your family for a great cut! read more

My husband started going here because he got a coupon on the back of his grocery receipt. 3 years later, he has been a faithful customer every 2 months ever since. The price is really cheap, but the stylists still take their time. Even though he has never made an appointment, everyone he has gotten has done a great job and been very friendly. Even better, there are constantly coupons for this place - at the library, in the red plum mailer, on the back of HEB receipts, combined with a discounted Wednesday haircut. Went to get a hair-cut (i LOVED it),waited 30 minutes for the pleasure... but it wasn't straight and I didn't notice it till my hair was dry. I went back about 2 hours later to have them just snip it up evenly. Lady at the desk said I had a 30 minute wait. I said No, I ALREADY waited 30 minutes, I paid you in good faith and it will only take 2 minutes to fix. She said no, you have to wait 30 minutes. I have extremely heavy thick curly (and frizzy) hair. I've tried several other local salons in an effort to tame my hair and Premier Cuts in Kyle has earned and kept my business. There's a stylist there, Carla and she has been such a help for me. She is so attentive and is the ONLY stylist who has managed to eased the weight of my hair AND still give me an up to date style. I walked in with my husband and specifically asked the receptionist if they had any stylist who use scissors and aren't complacent with a Fade 1-2 cut. She stated, "Yes, we are here to please the customer. " I brought a picture and I should have known, when describing the cut and how the side burns should length to the bottom of the ear, the stylist started asking what gauge I wanted. Okay. I really should have up and ran, but I stayed, my mistake, I referenced the picture and said, "Umm, is there anyway this could be a scissor cut? " the stylist said, "that can't be done with a scissor cut. " my last cut wad twice as expensive as this place and now I see why. I can sit back, drink wine, and get my hair cut by a real stylist. Instead my husband and I walked out with two horrible fucking hair cuts. These stylists were rushing and hacked our hair. We have shelves, uneven peaks, and boring templates that don't match our frame. Also what is the point of me bringing a picture if you are going to ask me every five seconds how you should do it, wouldn't I just do it myself? If you want to get a fast 10 minute hair cut, ghetto, country, typical low cost l class fades, then sure do what you have to do. It was a mistake trying to find a new hair salon near our home. Looks like I'll have to spend my money elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR. read more
