I've been coming to PDH for dental care since moving to the area from Denver in 2017, and I could not be more pleased with the experience! My sister & brother-in-law have been patients here along with their 3 young children (2,5,8 years of age) since 2015, they also could not be happier with their experience at PDH. I am glad they referred me when I was overdue for a cleaning. Since then, Dr. Hannaway has done some somewhat serious work for me including some technically challenging fillings, it has all gone very well with no issues whatsoever. Roxie is an excellent hygienist that has taken the time to get my teeth perfect with each cleaning, as well as giving solid advice on how to take better care of future problem areas that we all could work on. No other dentist has ever taken the time to show & explain to me exactly what I need to do to improve my dental health, just the standard "brush more/floss more/see you in 6 months" - my dental health has improved noticeably under the specific, personal guidance the I've received at PDH. Their pricing structure for patients is very straightforward and reasonable, a relief in times when dental insurance does not cover anything of substance and we'll all end up paying mostly if not entirely out of pocket, no matter where we go. The office is modern and clean, it's also very conveniently located right off of 470 & Gartell with plenty of good parking. After living in Colorado for 13 years and going to a chain dental practice, my husband and I downsized and moved to Heritage Eagle Bend two years ago. After one of my neighbors, gave the thumbs up when I asked for a recommendation, I made our appointments. We have been patients for almost 2 years. Premier Dental Health is a great dental office, always friendly and fun. Dr. Patrick Hannaway is very professional and yet, very personable. He and his staff are very informative. He has state-of-the-art equipment and the office and dental cubbies are always immaculate. I had an appointment today and even though I hate having the tartar scraped off my teeth, Dr. Hannaway did a great job and my mouth is not tender or sore as it was when going to the chain practice. This dental office offers quite a few services (teeth whitening, fluoride treatment to prevent cavities and strengthen enamel) and there is no high pressure sales to get you to buy anything. I have had to get a few of my very old crowns re-done and never had a problem with the billing or insurance. Becky is always happy to explain anything if I have questions regarding the operations side and I find I look forward to my next appointment. Let me start this off by letting you know I Do Not like going to the dentist. So much so that I let close to a decade go by without a visit to one. Only after a lot of discomfort did I finally go see the folks a Premier Dental Health. I started there before Dr. Hannaway bought the place and stuck with it after the change over and I am extremely glad I did. The staff there is awesome. From the front desk all the way through the visit I have always had a pleasant experience here. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctors are always in a good mood and provide outstanding customer service. Dr. Hannaway and Dr. Thousand have spent a lot of time fixing what I managed to neglect. They did a great job at a very reasonable price that I am super happy with. Not to mention personal follow up phone calls from the Doctors after all 4 of my surgeries. As the manager of a medical office myself I know how hard it is to staff an office that can keep the customers happy and maintain outstanding results and this crew has pulled it off in an amazing way. The personal experience with an all around excellent crew won me over. I can't say I am overly excited to have people mess with my teeth but if I'm going to go, it will be to Premier Dental Health. read more

We moved to this area 6 months ago and I dreaded finding a new dentist! Dr. Hannaway was recommended by a friend so I made appts. for our whole family. We were very impressed with how Becky at the front office accommodated our scheduling needs to make it easy on us as we are easily 35 minutes away. The hygienists were very kind, knowledgeable, and gentle, while still doing a thorough job! My husband said his teeth had never felt to clean! The entire staff were patient in explaining different issues with my children's teeth, and suggesting recourse, but did not pressure having work done. The work Dr. Hannaway did was beautiful. He is calm, communicative, and patient. What I really appreciated was that he listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. My children (13 & 17) were very well treated! We just moved to Colorado this summer and one of the most difficult tasks was replacing my doctors, dentist, hairdresser etc. Dr Hannaway was recommended to me and I couldn't be more pleased - I like him more than my previous dentist that I had been going to for years! From my first phone call to make an appointment to my many visits for needed dental work, I have been treated with kindness and professionalism, and I feel like I've been going here for a long time! Becky at the front desk is so welcoming and accommodating. The hygienist and assistants are great. And Dr. Hannaway is the best. He explains thoroughly what needs to be done ahead of time, and again while performing work, while trying to keep discomfort to a minimum. The office is modern and impeccable. Dr Hannaway is somebody I have known for a long time and is someone I would completely trust if I needed anything. He is personable, possesses high character and integrity, is knowledgeable and goes out of his way for his patients. His office is clean, state of the art and his receptionist Becky is one of the friendliest people I have Been around. I came in with several dental issues, three fillings that needed to be replaced and a cracked tooth that needed a crown. Both of these were done quickly and in the same visit with relatively no down time. He did great work and went out of his way to come in on his day off for one last check up before I moved out of town. He always gives my husband, child and myself the necessary attention we need during cleanings, fillings and all other dentistry work. I was referred to Dr. Hannaway by a friend after another dentist (who shall remain nameless) reneged on an estimate for some dental work I needed to have done. It turns out, that dental work was even more extensive than anticipated, and Dr. Hannaway and his associates did an excellent job. I never thought I would have the opportunity to use the word "pleasant" to describe extensive dental work, but everyone working in the office is professional, caring, friendly, thoughtful and thorough. The office is clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. Every aspect of the work I had done was explained to me in advance, including the price, and was delivered as promised. Let me start out by saying how big a fear I have of dentists. In the past if I had an issue it seemed like the dentist made it worse. Not with Dr. Hannaway and his assistant. He is extremely careful and informative throughout each procedure. They kept me calm and stopped briefly to check on how I was doing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hannaway and will go out of my way telling my friends about the good experience I have had with cleaning, filling replacements and crowns. I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years and had to have some extensive cleaning done. Dr Hannaway and his staff were very thorough and knowledgable and I was impressed by that. They took their time to get it right and didn't settle for anything less then perfect. Which I appreciated. Usually, in the past at other dentists, it was a quick in and out and a rushed process. There was no explaining of what was going on with my oral hygiene. At premier dental health you will leave feeling quite the opposite.
