The people who work here have figured out the best blend of helpful while leaving you to figure out how they can help you. (I was measured for my backpacks here. Trust me, the measurement matters!) I've purchased multiple backpacks and shoes from this store for my hiking journeys, and I have not been disappointed in any item. Their return policy is excellent. I've only had to use it a few times but it has always been easy (you need a receipt though!) I've been an REI member since 2006. In the early days, I would get $20-$30 back from my purchases because I was always stocking up. It's a great loyalty program. Today I bought replacement hiking shoes and a new item - water purification tablets! The store has a new layout so I also took some time to see how they switched things around. And if you can't find what you're looking for, ask someone because they can order it for you and have it shipped to your home.

Immediately I stopped and listened! The product they were advertising was a waist trainer. The person speaking in the video had gained an amazing figure by using this product. I was instantly sold by this!!!! Being that my problem area is my stomach and I had recently decide to do something about it, as far as exercising and getting more in shape. But this product works without the tedious task of working out, you merely wear this waist trainer and the pounds just shed away giving you that perfect Coke bottle shape. I had been in a rough place for a while due to the fact that I had extra pounds in my stomach area. And this was a perfect fix to my problem. I like the fact that the more you wear it the more you lose those pounds in your stomach area. The business owner, Felicity Noire, says to wear the waist trainer at a minimum of 5 hours a day to see the best results. The first time I put it on it was very hard for me to get it on but Felicity said if you are able to clasp the first hook and eye it is your size and just take your time and secure yourself into it. With those instructions I was able to actually get into it but it instantly changed my shape giving me a perfect figure. I was able to wear clothes in my closet that I had bought about 3 years ago and couldn't wear due to my midsection. This product heightened my confidence and gave me an instant boost of self-esteem!!! I love the fact that the results were instant. Most products you have to continuously wear to see results but as soon as you put this on you will see amazing results. Currently this business offers waist trainers and unprocessed bundled weaving hair. There are several other products that Snatched and Layed will offer in the near future such as clothing and makeup. I can't wait to experience these other products because I know they will be top notch like all the products they offer now. Felicity Noire is a superb business owner. She not only care about her customers, she cares about her product and how it will change your life. Being a fairly new business, she has been doing extremely well and alot of the items are on back order but this does not stop her from getting your product to you on time and in great condition. If you are in the Atlanta area she is able to personally show you how to wear the product and instruct you on how to obtain a "perfect 8 figure" in the long run. Felicity is a beautiful soul, she has a great personality and gives you her undivided attention when it comes to her product. I was able to speak with her several times before I actually bought the product and she informed me and explain all the details about the product. Even giving me motivation to look and feel my best! I am so honored to be a part of this great movement in helping the self-esteem in people. There is a need for more great businesses like this! If more companies implement more practices like this business the economy of the United States of America would always be booming. I can see many more great things to come with Snatched and Layed. I even reported them to the BBB & they lied to them like they resolved the issue with me. Since then they have stopped responding to me. I typically wear ASICS or Brooks, and I can usually find what I'm looking for here, along with enough styles and options to actually compare what feels best. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time to help you find the right shoe instead of just pointing you toward a wall and leaving you on your own. Service has always been good and I generally have a good experience when I come in. My only reason for giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that the process can move a little slower than at some of the other Road Runner Sports locations I've visited. If they're busy, I wouldn't necessarily come in expecting a quick in-and-out trip. That said, I'd rather have someone take their time and help me get the right shoe than rush me through a purchase. Good selection, knowledgeable staff, and they consistently carry my preferred ASICS and Brooks. Definitely a store I continue to return to.

Stopped by Foot Locker Northlake Mall recently and had a solid shopping experience. I ended up picking up a nice pair of men's Nike shoes and was happy with both the selection and the pricing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions without being overly pushy. There was plenty of free parking available at the mall, which made the visit even more convenient. Foot Locker carries many of the major athletic brands, and I found some good deals during my visit. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of newer, highly sought-after running and lifestyle brands like On (On Cloud) and HOKA. It would be great to see more options from those brands in-store rather than having to shop online. Overall, a pleasant shopping trip with good customer service, affordable prices, and a clean, well-maintained store. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the market for athletic footwear.

Beware of doing business with Lucchese online…read more I have spent well over $20,000 on boots from Lucchese. Recently, I ordered a pair of Boots costing $2,041.86. I ordered the same size as my other 15+ pairs of boots--including 5 pairs of Luccheses. I could not even put my foot into this pair of boots. They were obviously mismanufactured. I contacted customer service to do an exchange. They simply ignored me. I hate to be an inconvenience, so I am done doing business with Lucchese.

No one was there and staff seemed to be in the middle of a floor -set day (when they change around. the store) It's also worth noting that I am not a customer of Loft. It had been years (like 10+ years since I had shopped at Loft) but I was a cute skirt on an in window display. So I went in. I was ht with a barrage of of the various sales they had going on (ti was quite a lot) before I could asks for their time I was looking for. Lynn, took me immediately to it and get me set up in a fitting room. I was hoping they would have a 00 (my typical size) but they did not so I tried a 0 and she offered to order one which was declined. She put my items in a room while I shopped the wracks and grabbed a few more items. *This is the important bit* While I was in the fitting room, a couple walked in and I heard their conversation with Lynn who remembered their names, sizes, and what they purchased last time they were there (which was over a month ago as was detailed in their conversation.) Thats the kind of customer service that no longer exists in this day and age. I'm really big on customer service, it's an art. When I have a a positive customer service expertise, like this, I am more likely to return and shop again, even when I'm not actually a fan of the brand itself. So I purchased two items, and plan on shopping more in the future. I am not necessarily the right demographic, and the sizing is a little not right for me but as a direct result of Lynn being so on top of things and pleasant to talk to I plan to shop here in the future. I had 3 items, luckily all on one receipt - makes things go faster. They weren't too busy so I did not have to wait long in line. So easy to make the return. Cashier asked if I wanted my return receipt via email, printed, or both. Ah. Nice that I have options. They have some good product placement - they know how to get me. Jewelry was right by the registers and I almost got tempted into buying more! But I resisted the temptation. Props to the employees who were calmly explaining the return policy to a customer trying to return outside the return window.

The main demographic of brooks brothers is usually older gentlemen, so most of their fits are Regents and Madison. If you're a younger guy like I am, you probably won't find any suits or jackets your size and fit. However, they are stocking some Milano fit shirts, which are still rather conservative but a lot slimmer than the traditional fits. Ties are usually stripes and solids, mostly in darker traditional colors as well. Also, polos and rugby shirts are in stock for men, but also in traditional fits. Sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful, and overall you're in a jam, you'll be able to find almost everything you need her. However, if you're an oddball like I am who is in his mid twenties and shops at brooks brothers, you'll be hard pressed to find most things her, unless you need a basic white shirt.
