Truthfully, the pricing is mixed and you may not get a great offer for something you have that may have some value if you are selling used. You may also pay a lot for something used that isn't that great either....BUT a few things to consider about this store/general philosopgy: 1. People tend to overestimate the value of their stuff 2. In order to have a successful business that can offer used goods (so hard to find in this world outside of the online world), you have to pay the rent, pay for the lights to stay on, the employees to offer the service that you get that's not online, and to make this sort of marketplace work. They also probably have a decent sense of what they can resell and what they can't...And, finally, and it's the big one for me - 3. There are legitimate deals and great quality used stuff that is reducing the waste on this planet, helping parents get sports gear for their kids at a more reasonable price and sometimes even great quality, and it's all about timing as the inventory is always changing, just like the sizes of our children. Play it again offers a way to exchange our kid's old gear, upgrade to the new, and then repeat without a bunch more $ht that we all end up with even if we have to pay a fee in the process. The people that work here have been nothing but kind to me and genuinely want to help. They pick up the phone when you call and are honest about the products. I have found a lot of great stuff here and try to buy used when I can/it makes sense. Depending on your timing again, it can be hard to find certain types of things and this is one weakness perhaps in the model. They tend to have a lot of balls, lacrosse sticks, but very few elementary age bikes for example, or roller skates in the size that you need. Some people seem to be upset about their return policy but I think they are pretty upfront about it. The store credit can be saved and eventually you will find something you want/gift idea.

He said " You asked me that the last time I bought a set". I then replied that the in Buckhead pretty much works with you a little on pricing. He then replies very snidely " Good for the Play it Again in Buckhead". I then asked to speak the owner. In which he was very disrespectful about his reply again. DO NOT shop at this location. Dan helped me on my visit to their Marietta showroom. They had a C-10 on the sales floor and Dan walked me through the unit and answered all my questions. I was S-O-L-D! I purchased the unit and Dan coordinated delivery and installation which went extremely smoothly. I have been extremely pleased with Fitness Depot and my purchase. We researched machines, weights and benches at a few different fitness retailers. None could compete with the pricing and service at Gym Source. Adam helped us pick out two cardio machines (we're partial to Precor, but they offer other brands), a dumbbell tree, a plate tree, a barbell and a bench. Honestly, Adam couldn't have made it easier. He was super knowledgeable and his pricing was unbeatable! He followed up faithfully with quotes and information about financing as we worked to finalize our order. Everything is set to be delivered in one week with the exception of the bench, which is a custom order. I would normally wait to review until the deliveries were complete, but I'm so thrilled and confident about our purchase. If that changes, I'll be sure to update! You can do your research, but I think you'll reach the same conclusion we did: Gym Source is the best source for your home gym. P.S. Parking is easy here. This store is located at The Forum, so spots were plentiful when we visited both on a weeknight and weekend.

I've made two trips to this store - the first one with very good customer service, the second one with not so good customer service. Having never purchased golf clubs before, I went to Play It Again Sports on the recommendation of a few colleagues. On my first trip, I was referred to an employee who was very knowledgable about golf. The employee did an excellent job answering my questions and was able to set me up with a used set of irons and a putter, while giving me a good explanation of different products in the store. I returned for a second trip after my driver broke, expecting more good service. I asked one of the employees if they fix golf clubs. He abruptly told me that clubs are not fixed, and spoke in an attitude that he didn't want to be bothered. I asked if he knew where I could fix clubs, and he shot back that I should check Google. Then, I asked him if someone could help me decide if I should buy a new club instead of fixing it - which was when he sent me to the golf club section to figure it out on my own. I would expect an employee at a store that sells sporting goods, but doesn't fix them, should know where to fix sporting goods (the answer, which I got from another source, is PGA Superstore or a club repair shop at a local golf course). At the very least, I should be referred to another employee in the store who would know - if not information on repair, at least information on what I could purchase as a replacement. If I knew what to buy, I would go to Amazon instead of going to the store. And to be honest, I would recommend that you shop on Amazon instead of coming here. Good customer service which was sadly followed by an episode of very crummy customer service. I'd much rather spend more money at a place that treats me better than save a buck coming here.
