We gave them the green light and they started the job - long story short the wall that they built will probably be here long after I am gone? They were all about the business and very pleasant to have around. I really liked that Josh would take the time to answer my question (I find construction work interesting) and very patient when I asked for additional work and changes (fixing/updating a gate). I am really pleased with their work and I can tell they take pride in a job well done.

Your mileage may vary but I'm adding this to the reviews here simply to balance expectation. Salmina may do fine by others but he didn't by me. I hired him on a very small kitchen floor project and he was late starting and didn't deliver as promised, something he didn't take ownership of, and to stand behind the work "his guys" did. To be clear - his guys do good work, that wasn't the issue. The issue was him slim sliding the job and not getting his guys to do what I'd asked and paid for, on what amounted to about 4 1/2 feet of trim. I've worked with some great contractors in Lake County, I do whatever I can to keep my part of the deal up, and I pay, pay well when it's deserved and pay fast. "His guys" may do side work. If you shop around you'll find good people there.

My wife and I met Kenny through our realtor when we bought a house in May of '24. We found out…read morethat we'd have to replace the flooring downstairs/upstairs due to pet urine. Long story short we had to rip out the sub plate/sand down some sub flooring and seal the concrete slab to attack the urine. We had two companies come in and quote us 5200 and 6900 for the cutting/treatment and replacement of what they had to remove. Kenny told us that he can do everything at a fraction of the cost and start ASAP. We trusted him and he knocked it out of the park. He was able to get rid of 98.8% of the smell. Kenny was amazing to work with through the whole process. He would always be upfront, honest and give us multiple options each step of the way.
