No, I didn't want to buy the product because of how I was treated and the fact that there's a much better vitamin and supplement store with incredibly low prices and actual knowledge staff. I don't know if this woman was really a manager or not, but she was certainly not the epitome of health and was rude when asked about certain products. She needs to rethink working with the public and the owner needs to rethink having her as an employee. I absolutely do NOT recommend this store at all. There are much better establishments in the area with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

They deliver the produce in a reusable bag on my doorstep. They are SO communicative. Each week, they post what is coming for that week so you have an idea of what to expect. You can fill out a 'do not send' list online if there is anything you don't like, and you can update it at any time. They also have fresh eggs you can add, as well as other add ons from local companies. You can change your preferences at any time, including how frequently they come (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). All the produce is organic and it's all been delicious! It lasts so long as well. If you have an issue with something being fresh, their costumer service is great. The portion sizes are great as well. I've been very pleased and would highly recommend their delivery service!

I looked in the regular section and while I was looking, Noelle introduced herself and asked if she could help me find anything. I asked if they had the gluten free cake and she went to the back and brought me some options that they had. She was so kind and thoughtful to take the time to look for me even though they were close to closing. Customer service like this is why I choose to come to Whole Foods rather than a different store, even though the prices are kinda steep. Thank you Noelle!!! The one at SouthPark is about the same size but more of a challenge to get in/out of since it's in the midst of the SouthPark traffic. I was tasked with the purchase of the Christmas Turkey. My mission: to find a fresh NOT frozen whole turkey, about 12 pounds, won't expire before 12/25, organic and NOT a Butterball brand. A challenging mission you might say but I felt like I was up to it. The Thanksgiving birds where purchased at the Peach Stand in Fort Mill. We got two of them and they were exceptional, two birds easily fed 30 hungry people. Sadly, they had only the frozen ones that were left over from Thanksgiving. After several google searches and calling around, I ended up here. There must have been about a 1/2 dozens birds that all fit the bill though most of them were more in the 13 to 15 pound range. Size matters here because it's going in a deep fry cooker over propane with limited capacity. I took some photos and reviewed it with the Chef and got a 'thumbs up AND a 'smiley face' emoji. The countdown to Christmas is on!

Before she took over my purchase, I clearly said to her that I do not want to be enrolled in any membership... Well, she started to type in the cashier, she told me she will help with some discounts, etc., from a total of $150 (Aprox), after she did some adjustments the final bill was about $107 or so. When I was about to paid, she saw my card and mentioned that only the ppl who has money has the contactless thingy in their cards. (What?!) I paid and then she started to offered and showed me other products, I did not want to buy more items that day, so we came back to the cashier station and she asked me to swipe my card again... I asked if the previous transaction did not get thru, and she did not responded. (My bad!) Meanwhile, I was in my phone activating the free rewards program and she told me that the app offers more coupons and I must download it. (I did not do it). She said me that I was a VIP customer, blah, blah, blah... I said thanks for your help and left with tons of points, a $10 coupon, and the feeling that something was not right but I had to go. Well, later on I realized that she DID enroll me on a PRO membership for $39.99 less a discount she managed on my ticket. She discounted the other items so I did not notice she added the membership there! She folded the ticket before she gave it to me. But that is not all, I got an email about my AUTOMATIC Pro membership RENEWAL for $39.99!!! Two young employees were there, apparently they did not know about what was happening. I called the VIP pro membership number, they apologized and cancelled the automatic renewal. The lady told me to expect a refund which until today the charges for the membership she enrolled me in an unethical and dishonest way were not retuned on my bank. But they do not even care about this unethical practices. Look online... it is a common thing and nobody does anything to fix it. Yes, I went back today to the store again and she was not there, I got my money back from one of the employees there. Shame on you lady! People be aware please! It is not about the 40 dlls, it is about honesty, respect, ethics...

However, it turns out if your a gym junkie, fitness guru, body builder, marathon runner, etc. that is not always the case. Vitamin Shoppe does have more than just vitamins. In fact they have all of the vitamins you're used to finding at the grocery store and then some you may have never heard of. They've got energy and protein bars, protein powders and shake mixes, serious lunch boxes for meal prep. They even have food and spices for folks with dietary restrictions like GF for example. The most surprising thing I found here was the entire kombucha bar. You can buy a growler or bring in your own and fill it up from the tap. The prices weren't so different from what I've seen at grocers and drugstores for the same stuff. That's surprising for a specialty store. And staff was well informed and super helpful.
