During the consult Dr. Brown said he would see me in a timely manner if I was symptomatic of a sinus infection. When I called his office a rude person said I was not allowed to see Dr. Brown; instead she said I had to go to my primary physician. MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN IS NOT AN ENT SPECIALIST!!! She acted like she owned the practice. BAD MEDICAL ETHICS! If an established patient has a sinus infection, you do not tell the patient to go to a primary physician; and you do not schedule the patient for two months later. I consider this negligence & malpractice.
