This guys did boiler installation for my parents house and did amazing job! Basically we be had a boiler for over 15 years and when we tried to turn it on this winter it didn't work. So I found premier cleaning & services, George came for an estimate and reviewer that our boiler completely broke down. So we decided to install a new one, because as George explained to us the average life of the boiler 12-15 years and after that it just better to get a new one. We were so happy with the work, two technicians and one helper did the whole job, they worked for about 6-7 hours and cleaned up the work area after themselves. I recently bought a small house in Staten Island and needed to get some work done. I have an old chimney which needed to get inspected. I hired Premier for chimney inspection and sweep. We had premier cleaning to come out to clean out our dryer vent, after noticing that it was underperforming for the past few months. This was a disappointing development after having it cleaned out less then a year ago. Premier cleaning walked us through every step of the process and used cameras to show us what was going on inside if he vent. We liked being able to see the before and after for ourselves and understand what went wrong in our last service call. I had an AC unit installed by another contractor and it started leaking. The other company refused to come and I had to find somebody else. My friend recommended me Premier and when they came I understood why. Technicians were knowledgeable and polite, he found the leak and fixed it the same day. Great job for dryer vent cleaning! I did it for the first time and I have a stacked dryer in the closet, very tight space.
