Who looks at the back wall of a store to see their return policy? Also, the receipt they email you says all sales are final too, but you don't know that until later when you get the email. EVEN WORSE! I was looking at diamond stud earnings because I wanted the real stone. They told me that moissanite is a natural stone versus lab created. In fact, naturally occurring moissanite is extremely rare and most of the moissanite on the market is lab grown. No doubt, the earnings they sold me were lab grown. I will never purchase anything from this store again.

1) Rings were 6 days late from when promised...making the ring late for my son's 18th birthday…read more 2) Rings were resized twice...and needed a third resizing. What we learned later was instead of it being sized at 7.5 it was resized at 7.25. 3) The metal was so thin after being in their shop twice and it needed to be repaired. 4) THE LARGE EMERALD, I AM GUESSING to be a 3/4 ct. Emerald was chipped while in their possession. (The store manager after his inspection said the stones were "perfect" that they just needed polished up.) I have the receipt where it was not damaged. 5) The other ring the shank was destroyed and has to be replaced. 6) Charged $69/ring for resizing instead of the quoted $57. 7) Manager would not get off the call from his boyfriend to service us. I could go on and on... I Sent a letter to the corporate office...they called me back and was all apologetic...despite my troubles at that time all I wanted was to be refunded the $69 that they charged my for one of the rings. They said they wanted to get the store manager's version... They called back a couple days later and and it sounded more like they were trying to cover themselves for a lawsuit rather than satisfying a customer.. They told me that we signed a receipt stating that the ring was in good condition...if they have one it is a forgery!!!!! Bottom line no refund...now I want the costs of the repairs and the emerald!!!! I plan to sue them in open court... STAY AWAY FROM SAMUEL'S JEWELERS...not to mention we saved over $2500 on our wedding set at another competitor...same exact ring...in fact the diamond was a higher grade.

They could not give me an estimate for cost and I would need to wait and will call with estimate amount On June 3, 2021 Bret called and said the repairs would be $426.00 for 4 prongs , and loose stone. I told him it was to much and I wanted to pick up my ring . He said its at a mystery location (so no repair in store ) and will have it back by 6 pm . Next day at 1: 30 pm still no call about my ring and told them I will go pick it up but Bret would not tell me address it was at . Bret said he will go get it and call me when it is in the store . After she tried a significant amount of time and realized that it was a doomed effort. Not fault on her at all.
