I recommended this place because I've been there before and thought their massages were good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely disappointing. When she arrived, the woman at the front desk barely spoke English, which made communication very difficult. My mom specifically booked and asked for a one-hour massage. At first the employee told her she could only do 40 minutes, but after my mom insisted she wanted an hour, the woman agreed. They require you to pay up front, which my mom did. However, the massage only lasted 30 minutes. My mom was shocked when it ended because she had clearly paid for a full hour. She said it was honestly one of the worst experiences she's ever had at a massage place, not to mention the massage was subpar. When you pay in advance for a service, you should at the very least receive the amount of time you paid for. A 30-minute massage when you booked and paid for an hour is unacceptable. Needless to say, she did not tip and will not be returning. I've never seen something like this happen before, so I would definitely be cautious if you choose to go here.

I wish the old owners never left because the massages were great and they never pressured you. They were the best. I will never go back here as long as they force you to tip them the way the new owners do.
