Great first time experience. I wanted to try a place closer to my home. Found Nailspa excel and appreciated the good reviews. I arrived a few min before opening and they were already taking customers. That was perfect for me because I was on a time crunch. I got seated right away and Scarlett helped me. She was so sweet and communicative. I really appreciated that she wanted my toes and feet to look great. She did a great job and I will be back to see her. Salon is spacious and plenty of stations. Thank you!
My go to salon. The atmosphere is nice and they keep everything clean. All the technicians are pretty consistent and do a great job no matter who you get. Today I had Scarlett & Anna and both did an excellent job, were friendly even helped with my photo. I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, my color lasts the three weeks I come. I often bring my daughter to get her nails done when she is in the mood. She loves getting regular nail polish and designs she usually chooses and they always come out super cute!
Scarlett was very amazing. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but have never tried gel x. She explained the process to me and they look amazing. So natural thin and beautiful. She is very detail oriented and they came out just as expected. Thank you soooooo much for your amazing service and patience.
This was my first time here, I came here to have a mini spa day with my daughter and I gotta say I am truly impressed and so happy with the service. The nail techs are so nice and understanding with me since it's been awhile since I've gotta my nails and toes done. I didn't know what I wanted really and Scarlett (my nail techs) helped me to finally decide. I'm definitely gonna make this my spot. I would do more stars but Yelp won't let me do more than 5.

Came in as a walk-in and was sat down right away. Came in for a builder gel set on my nails and then acrylic on my toes. Scarlett and Helen were amazing. They helped me with the color choice and were able to get the design I wanted when I showed them the picture of the example. They worked very fast and were very precise on their work. Second time coming and I will be coming back each time after. They came out looking exactly how I invisioned. Great service from both of them. read more

Here's a polished, genuine 5-star review you could post: After having a terrible experience at another nail salon, I came to Nailspa Excel hoping someone could fix the mess--and they absolutely delivered. They took the time to carefully correct my previous Gel-X set instead of rushing through the appointment, and the final result looks beautiful. The staff was professional, patient, and paid attention to detail. I really appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and made sure I left happy. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. If you're looking for a salon that can not only create great nails but also rescue a bad set from somewhere else, I highly recommend Nailspa Excel. If you want to have a good pedicure spa service, this is a good place to go. Reasonable price with good experience, I love they use some fruit to massage my feet and remove dead skin. The chair is massage chair, which was also enjoyable. read more

Scarlett did an amazing job on my nails! I'm very picky. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and when I decided I wanted them a little shorter, she fixed them right away without hesitation. I rarely get nail art done, but she recreated the design from the photo I brought in perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the results! I highly recommend both Scarlett and this salon. The salon is beautiful, the chairs are super comfortable, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

First time here. It was close by to the gym I frequent, so I figured I'd give it a try. And so glad I did! DARLY was my pedicurist and SCARLETT was my manicurist. Both are super sweet, nice, and although it took a minute to figure out out what polish color I was trying to describe (it was "funny bunny", lol), they delivered. Music is a mix of various artists which was nice. I asked for a gel pedicure and a manicure with a gel-x nails. My service was done within 2 hours with no appointment on an early Saturday afternoon. This is not what I asked for as a customer. The nails are too thick and look more like press on nails. I did request for them to do it over which the manger sent me a message with a bad attitude and told me they didn't make them thick. Pictures don't lie. This is my first time coming here and my last. If anyone is looking to try this nail salon Don't. Go somewhere were you will pay for good service not ugly service. read more

Alas! I experienced the best manicure and pedicure of my life. From being greeted, to being led to the pedicure massage chair, to the perfect candle wax temperature, the soothing feeling of the warmth from the hot stones, to the fresh minty feeling of an arm & leg mask, the detailed attention given to each nail from start to end, to the SAME amount of time given to each foot for callous treatment (you know cuz in other places they'll spend a solid minute on one foot & then they'll just do a sec of the other foot), to the message chair that adjusts to your body & height (I'm close to 5'1" & in most pedicure message chairs I don't get that neck and shoulders kneading because they're designed for someone who is taller than 5' obviously lol), and to the chairs' feature to adjust the width (small, medium, large) and the height (low to high) of each person to get an even and relaxing body message. The BEST of this experience was the cute charisma between Holly & Helen while working together. They genuinely made me giggle & laugh. PLUS, they complimented me in every single characteristic of my persona that they thought was pretty. That was adorable. p.s. their nail tools are all sanitized, their working carts are clean and dusted, and their whole establishment is well tended to. read more

Stay away from this salon. Really horrible Gel-x set. Uneven, used gobs of glue, cut the side of my finger. When I complained about one nail being crooked, the nail person argued and got mad.
