I was looking to donate my insanely long COVID hair and get a new look. Luckily enough Yelp pointed me in the right direction to this salon. I was in the neighborhood, so I decided to walk in to get some advice on what to do with my hair and that's when I first met Armina. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She talked me through a ton of different options, showed me examples of her work and reassured me that she could create the look I was looking for. I felt at ease with her and confident she would do a great job, so I booked her next available appointment. I came back the next day ready for a full-on makeover. The salon has a nice ambiance, with good music, kinda quiet, and relaxing. When I arrived for my appointment, Armina was easy for me. I took a seat and she prepped my hair for the donation--12 inches! She gave it to me in a perfect, tight braid, which will ship well to the nonprofit. Next, she looked through her book of hair colors and brought back several suggestions based on our conversation. She nailed it. I relaxed as she thoroughly colored my, now short, blonde hair to a dark chestnut brown and bumped my eyebrows. After the rich hue soaked in, she washed it and transformed my locks into a fun, maybe slightly edgy, angular cut. She did an amazing job. I feel like I should go buy a lotto ticket with this luck. She really listened and then knew exactly how to create the look I could hardly communicate. I love it and if you're in the area, I would recommend the salon and Armina to anyone. read more

They have numerous stylists that will easily set up an appointment with you. Vicki is my personal stylist. Initially, she started cutting my son's hair. When I saw her stylin' skills I had to try for myself--and I was not disappointed. I have a lot of hair, so a typical barber won't do. She knew that too. Ever since she started cutting my hair, I have had a consistent style week after week. I had a very nice relaxing and fantastic facial and Swedish massage by Summer. I usually get my hair done but never have had a facial and massage. Summer is one other nicest people i have ever met. My mom was here today and she was getting her hair highlighted by Sunja and she did such a horrible job. She not only tried to bleach my mom's brunette hair blonde but she totally forgot she was only giving my mom highlights. She burned my mom's hair badly and caused a lot of her hair to fall out. She's in so much pain right now and to top it off she was completely rude about it and didn't care she hurt my mom with the chemicals. If you do go here stay away from this woman she doesn't know what she's doing. She can't even take responsibility for the mess up she made and made my mom feel horrible about it. I have always gone to barber shops but I can't find a barber who can cut my hair nearly as well as Vicky. Plus she is always available. I don't think she ever takes vacations, lol. If only the owner apologized this would be a 4 or 5 star rating...I wanted to stop by this salon to talk to someone about my hair but when I pulled up on 4/29 the parking lot was empty and it didn't look like anyone was inside so I called. The lady who answered stated they were open so I said I would be right in. It was empty of clients inside except for 1 lady washing someone's hair and I was greeted by two girls Carissa and Natalie(I believe). I explained that I had grown out my hair color for 2+ years and was looking for a change since now my "salt" was showing. Natalie stated I had "virgin" hair and they could "transform" me. I asked if she could do it the following week but she would be on vacation so she went to ask the owner (who was the one with a client). Carissa chatted me up and Natalie came back and took my information and said next Thursday May 6 at 4:30 and they would transform my look. OK great see you then! When I showed up for my appointment exactly 1 week later the parking lot and the salon were FULL! The receptionist got my name and went to tell the owner her 4:30 appointment was here. She never came back and instead Carissa came over and said "I remember you!" and let me know that they had double booked and if someone else could help me? I AM SHOCKED AND UNBELIEVABLY PISSED!! Not at Carissa, but Natalie and the owner who both dropped the ball. I am ready to walk out and Carissa assures me that Lisa has time to take me and she is great. Poor Lisa comes over after she gets stuck with me and is super sweet and listens to what I had planned on doing which is far more involved than what she has time for which I completely understand is NOT her problem so I go ahead and get a trim. She has another client with color in his hair and asks if I mind while she rinses him out. Of course, please take care of your client as it's not his fault either! Does the owner ever come over to apologize or even offer me a glass of water or anything?!?! NOPE...so I would go back to have Lisa (5 star rating) to do my hair but not at Salon Couture (1 star rating). read more

Meredith is amazing! I told her what I wanted and she gave me her honest opinion. I have thick eyebrows and I wanted her to thin them out and she convinced me not too, but honestly I'm glad she talked me out of it. My eyebrows were a little out of control and I know it's going to be a process to get them back into shape and I love how she was honest. She waxed my eyebrows and they came out super nice, I just have some growing out to do so she can shape them and get them back into shape. The little massage at the end was the cherry on top! Audrey put a lot of care into my hair to make my subtle blonde balayage idea happen (I have naturally dark hair), and she pulled it off in 4 hours! I visited Salon Couture this week for the first time. I have had the same hairdresser for many years, so it was hard for me to change, although I was ready for something new. This is a beautiful and professional salon. I loved my full highlights and toner with long layers by Shealynne! I previously was doing a full color but wanted a more natural look. I felt very comfortable entering the salon and all the friendly people there. I noticed a lot of activity and it seems they are a full salon with many wonderful beauticians & estheticians. I think the salon is amazing but I wouldn't go to Judy ever again. Not because of her work (she did my extensions no color) but because she is extremely flaky and unreliable. I had to always hound her for an appt. and she was continually unresponsive. This last time was the finale. I text her for 2 months off and on for an appt. and always got the I'm sorry I forgot then would ghost me. She also overbooks and takes forever. One time she cancelled on my way to her after driving 30 miles. Customer Service is huge and she just doesn't have it at all! Love this salon. The decor is super cute and they have champagne!! Kristin is AMAZING!! She fixed my fried, bleach blonde hair over 4 years ago and I've trusted her ever since! My hair has never been stronger, healthier and she is a color god! Kristin always stays up to date on the newest techniques to get great color, but stay healthy. My color lasts SO long...14 weeks!! She also listens to you and definitely doesn't want to just do something drastic, but rather listens to your lifestyle and can give you advice on what color and cut would work for the time you have to devote to your hair. I would highly recommend her for normal hair color and cuts, but also if someone completely messed up you color or cut and you need it fixed! read more

The decor is stylish and seats are comfortable. Never too loud but not one of those old lady salons either.
