I live 200 miles away so I could not go back to get them so I asked Bob to send them to me . I came here on Mother's Day not realizing they close in 15 min and got the nastiest response from the ladies inside, they were hostile about me asking to fix 2 nails and kept on having an attitude and speaking in viet to one another, after they sat me down not before exchanging mean mugs and snarky tone toward me, yelling at me like I'm one of their kids. Told me they close in 15 min and they wanted to go home which is totally understandable... but the way they did it was unprofessional and rude about it, does not make me want to come back. Lisa was the only one mentioned and raved about the customers so if you do come here, only come when she's here. She's the only one who knows how to treat and talk to customers. They don't cater to younger people, especially after the rudeness I just encountered today. read more

This is located near our families home, which we were visiting for the week. I was able to call and get an appointment 30 minutes later. They had a large color selection. There was no price menu for services. I got a mani/pedi. One lady did my toes and the other did my fingers at the same time. My mani/pedi was fine, but nothing special. They did cut my finger when picking my cuticles. I wouldn't come back if I lived close by, but it worked for what I needed. read more

This location is about 5 minutes away from my new place and since I had previously been a regular at the Premier on Mercer Island, I figured I would check this place out. The inside looks identical to their downtown Bellevue and MI locations. However, they don't offer your tea or water unless you're a preferred customer... The staff is somewhat friendly, but you can tell they have their regulars whom get the VIP treatment. There were 2 other people getting pedicures at opening time and it took the gentleman who assisted me quite some time to get everything organized. When it comes to any sort of grooming I always (imagine others are the same!!) expect people to be relatively gentle unless you specifically ask them to be a bit more rough. My pedicure here was PAINFUL! I had asked him to cut my nails a bit and I like many other people in the world... I have issues with ingrown toenails. Nothing unmanageable as I have had this issue my whole life! But you would think that they would be somewhat gentle. The guy was not very professional and kept telling me about my issue. Thanks dude, I know... My toe is completely swollen right now from how painful of a pedicure I just had. Additionally, he vanished for like 20 minutes and I kept trying to leave and the staff would not come around when I asked if they had sandals to avoid ruining the pedicure... The pedicure itself was actually not too bad. But my right toe looks like damn Rudolph. Not worth the $35 and the sandals they give you are a joke.. HORRIBLE place for nails. Both woman who did my pedi a d mani could barely see. Did such a pathetic job. I keep giving this place another chance but this is my 3rd and they confirmed that it doesn't matter which woman does your nails out there. They are ALL bad. I wanted round nails on my pedi, she did square. She couldn't get them rounded after me repeatedly telling her. She did not try on the 2 colors that I wanted to test on my nails. She did them on a paper. She chose the color for me and didn't want to listen to my choice. By then I had already given up on that place and the lady so I let her just finish the pedi. She hasn't even got the color on the sides. After that they charged me $72 + tip for Mani and pedi. DO NOT GO HERE! I live in lakemont and will be leaving the same review in the FB Groups. read more

Okay so, I go here every time I want a manicure or pedicure with my mom. We always get great service and the pedicure can last up to four weeks! Seriously great. Although it's more expensive, the atmosphere of the spa is definitely spa like. No blaring tvs or anything like that. Just nice music and a video of fish. Came here before to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. They accommodated 6 of us with no trouble, it was a great experience and we all left at the same time!! Decided to come back a few years later. I called in last minute to get my nails done, they invited me in, and did a great job!! Priced reasonably, and great atmosphere!! They all were talking a lot though, which always makes me feel uncomfortable. Not that they shouldn't be able to, just when it's 100% of the time and you feel like they're referencing to you the majority of the time, it can get weird. honestly if i could, i would rate 0 stars. first of all, when i called, the woman was very rude and i asked how much would a manicure and pedicure be? instead of answering my question, she says "why don't you just make an appointment" in a very rude tone. so i made the appointment for 12, showed up, they sat me down in the chair and i show them the pics of what i wanted and i was told that they do no design at all what so ever. seems like a big joke to me and i have never heard of a nail business that doesn't do designs. how are you guys even IN business? thanks for nothing and i would never recommend Premier Nails & Spa to anybody. read more

We were at the park, by Town and Country Market, which we love. I thought I'd try Premier Nails &Spa. Usually my 12 year old gets a pedicure as well. Im glad I asked her to wait. When it was time for my pedicure, the man who did it, acted as if he had been forced to come out from the back to do it. When I got to my car I was shocked that the hurried job looked like a child did my polish. The paint was on my skin, and the polish was chipped, the cuticles were done poorly, and the nails had not been shaped. I did call to let Premier Nails & Spa manager know that my nails were done poorly. The price was $10 more than were I usually go. I thought it was impolite of him to tell me to tip him. The manger said he would give me a 10% discount. I would definitely not recommend getting a pedicure there. read more

I am a single working mom was hoping to finally get some great relaxation. I went to Premier Nail and Spa on Lakemont BLVD hoping to relax. The whole time the nail stylist talked, looked at me and laughed with each other in Vietnamese making me so insecure and stressed. They were quick to finish the job. Talked me into getting a more expensive "premiere nail'' Work which I saw no real different than other Nail salons regular work and at the end they overcharged me. I paid $100 and feel absolutely stupid about it. I felt so disrespected sad and felt so insecure. They have no quality customer service. No wonder why I was the only one there. I will never go to this salon ever again. Nor would I recommend such a horrible experience to anyone. They recently did a remodel which really makes the place more comfortable and I will say I didn't smell the same toxic acrylic-nail chemical smell as I had in the past, so that's great, BUT - I will only come here if I'm in dire need of a last-minute mani or pedi. They're just down the street from me, so it's a great place to go if you're in a pinch - but it's no where I would ever "book" an appt. My pedicurist kept stopping my service to "check-in" other walk-ins - always telling them "just a 10-minute wait", even though I saw one lady sit for over 30 minutes. My manicure was the same way - it was like the lady was working on 3 guests at once. I do like the massage chairs, though. :) Only come here if you can't get in anywhere else. read more

My gel manicure lasted about 48 hours before it started to chip. When I went back to have it touched up, the manicurist made me feel as though I was at fault and even asked me more than once if I was certain that he was the one who gave me the manicure, (rude). I have been going to this place over the last year. When I went over there last Saturday they refused to provide any services, because of NF1 tumors I have in my face. They told me based on the Washington state board of cosmetology rules anyone with pimples (or tumors) they are unable to do a eyebrow wax or a pedicure. I called the InSpa in Issaquah and they told me there is no such law or rule. So they lied. I went to InSpa and they where nice and made feel welcome to their store. read more

Terrible. First the colors they have on their palates are wrong. I choose a color and it looked totally different on my nails than the on sample. She said it was because they use only one coat of paint on the sample and two coats on your nails. So they removed the nail gel at my request and repainted with a different color all the while complaining in Vietnamese amongst themselves. So do they not understand that even though we may not understand their language we can understand that they are talking about you in a derogatory manner. So rude. Very poor customer service. Now one of my nails is swollen and sore and I think I may have an infection from this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They need to clean up their act. If I could I would give them a -1 star I would. I went for w gel mani. I picked out my color and after she was finished painting my nails(which looked like a 1st grader did it) she told me how bad the quality of that brand of gel was. Not sure why they would keep using a brand if they knew it was bad! I love this place. All the employees are very friendly, and my nail color always lasts for weeks, whether it's on my toes or my fingers! I love the recent remodel too, nice warm colors and a comfortable atmosphere. I can usually just walk in and get my nails done, but if they're busy right then, I'll definitely book an appointment for later in the day and wait for one of the techs here rather than going to another salon. I visited Lakemont Spa yesterday (after being away for a few years as I've moved). I was SO impressed with Kim. She is so sweet and a very talented esthetician. She actually fixed an eyebrow job that I had at Inspa Issaquah. She did an amazing job both with my 'fix' and with a one hour facial. I then got a shellac manicure which turned out beautiful. Lakemont Spa's decor is beautiful and the place is A+ clean. You may pay a few dollars more, but well worth it. Highly recommended! read more

I had a manicure about a week ago and paid extra for the longer lasting polish (not shellac) -/ whatever they used as a top coat completely turned my nails yellow! I am visiting from out of state and was looking to get a manicure and pedicure. This place was close. Kim started my pedicure until a regular arrived and stated that she wanted Kim to do her pedicure. This customer was willing to come back in an hour; however, the staff decided that Kim would do her pedicure and another staff member would finish mine. They decided this and then asked me if it was OK. What was I to do when they already had this other lady in a chair and the water started? I got the signature pedicure which was to be an hour long with various scrubs and a massage. It was fairly good except there really wasn't much massage. It was more like having someone rub lotion on your feet and lower legs. The manicure was not very good. I'm not a fan of having someone stand and do a manicure while you sit and get a pedicure. The lady that did my manicure never asked me how I wanted my nails shaped or what length I wanted them. She was done in about 12 minutes. I had paraffin wax on both my feet and hands. I'm used to dipping my foot or hand in the wax and having a plastic bag placed over before putting it into a mitt. They bring the paraffin out in plastic bags and have you place your hand or foot in the bag and then put it in the mitt. I found it funny that when I was asked if I wanted something to drink while I had the paraffin mitts on both hands. I liked the nail driers at the front of the salon. They have them for your hands and feet which I had not seen before. The shop was nicely decorated and appeared to be very clean. The pedicure massage chairs were the best. You can tell that they are brand new. The employees were all nice, but may need some customer service training. The employees all spoke to each other in their native language. Although this is common in many shops, I find it rude and insensitive to those customers who do not speak the language. read more

This place is always clean and upscale. They offer you water and tea and have great massaging chairs for pedicures. They're not the cheapest but they did do a scrub and massage with my pedicure. I did get French tips and they did a good job of making the lines clean. This is the second time I've been here and both times they seemed annoyed that I didn't have an appointment but they still made time for me. I did see them call in another girl to accommodate a mom and her daughter who walked in though. I think with an appointment they'd be an amazing place but I've always been able to walk into a nail salon so for me their annoyance brought them down on this review. read more

This used to be a great spa with lots of foot traffic of local women. Then they renovated the whole thing and raised the prices significantly and everyone stopped coming. I really don't know how they stay in business. I went yesterday out of convenience, for a a mani/pedi. The color I chose for the shellac was so old I had to choose a new color. That one was also too old, so the woman doing my manicure just picked one she new wasn't old. Unfortunately I ended up with clear, instead of a pale pink, which I wanted. I would give 5 stars if price was not a factor. This is a well maintained, clean salon that does not have nail polish odors. The massage chairs work well and the aestheticians do a quality job.
