I would give half a star if I could! Yesterday I went to premier nail salon and NEVER will I go back WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been to a couple nail places and this is probably the worst! We walked in and hour and 45 minutes before closing and they were so freaking rude telling us that they would need to hurry. My chair didn't work while getting my message the lady/manager person lost my moms color and was super rude about it and my mom is the sweetest person another women swatted my sisters hand trying to hurry her and my nail person kept telling me to hurry when switching my hands they were so rude I usually tip VERY GENEROUSLY and we didn't out experience was disgraceful and unacceptable! I understand trying to get off on time but we were done and there was still people there getting there nails done with time to spare till closing time and they were told how rude they were and then they tried to be all nice never again! read more

Only 50% of the pedicure chairs work 50% of the time. Considering the nail tech spends 2 minutes per foot massage, the chair massage helps to justify the price. Good luck getting a working chair with a working remote that does more than just countdown the 30 minute service. The owner needs to invest in some general maintenance overall. This is a great nail salon. I have been going there for the past 2 1/2 years and the service is always great. The owner, Lily, wants all of her customers to leave happy so she ensures all her nail technicians are good at what they do. Started getting pedis here about 6 months ago, all of a sudden, I got this nasty toe fungus under my toe nail. Never seen it til she removed my polish from my last pedi and there it was! I got a pedicure here and the guy who did it sat and talked to another lady the whole time. when it came to the "massage" he rubbed lotion on my legs and that's pretty much it. The whole time he just kept worrying about what was getting on his hands and was pretty much doing what I could have done to myself at home. The manager Lily runs a tight shop! She is always circulating the floor, checking on customers and ensuring a high standard. I come to this salon for all of my needs; nails, pedicure, eyelashes, waxing, all of it! Whenever I go somewhere else (usually because I am out of town or being treated by a friend ) I am reminded why I hate going anywhere else! My nails never lift, eyebrows always even, and lashes stay on for 3 wks. They are so gentle with applying lashes that I end up falling asleep. Oh, and the lashes don't fall off when you wash your face and you don't have to wait 48 hrs for them to "set," once the glue is dried, they are on! Love their lashes! There are no gimmicks here, they don't try to over sell products or push their services. They are very friendly and professional. I recommend this salon to everyone I know. read more

I never had a problem with this salon until the other day. I brought my daughter in to get her nails done with me. As we sat in the chairs waiting the lady sits down and just grabs my daughters hand without saying anything. She was also rough during her manicure . Not a way to treat a child at all . Not to mention neither of the ladies spoke to us only to each other in their language. The lady that did my nails was very irritated that once she painted my nail I thought the color was too bright and not the right one . I have never been treated like this at any salon I will not be returning and I will also let others know about this salon and go somewhere else !! read more

Lily & her employees are always very nice and they remember your name, what you like and who worked on you the last time you were in. The customer service in this nail salon really sucks. They don't care how you feel. The manager Lee was so rude to me. She yelled at me when I arrived for my appointment and she was not ready for me for at least an hour. Instead of nicely saying she had taken someone else. She yelled and told me if I couldn't I could reschedule or go somewhere else. Bear in mind I had scheduled this appointment one month ahead of time. I left really infuriated about how I was treated. I was so embarrassed about the way she addressed me too . It wasn't even my first time there.. Been going there for about 3 months and been giving them a lot of tips and to be treated that way was so unethical and not professional at all . By the way she does the worst lashes ever. Her lash job last for less than a week and then it starts falling off and criss crossing each other. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. All they care about is their exorbitant prices and not the customer. They are so rude and their pedicure is a write off. They are not even licensed for the eyelashes they do. A lot of people have been complaining about the services rendered here. It is a sorry sight. Maybe my expectations are too high, however I did not find this salon to be a good value. Their menu for a pedicure says 23$, however they don't tell you that all they do is wash your feet. No callous removal, leg message, heated wrap and oh by the way gel polish is 17$ extra as well as 5$ extra for polish removal. AND they charged 40$ not 23$. The snippy attitude, however was free. I think the price changes depending upon what they think they can charge you. I will not be coming back and I would certainly warn anyone else to call and get pricing before popping in. Apparently I picked a color she didn't like, which she made known multiple times. The pedicure only lasted 23 minutes. In total I was cut five times, only one time she apologized. I used to come here pretty often, and I liked it alot. The pricing was not fantastic but if you paid cash you could get a free bottle of lotion, and I LIVED FOR the lotion they used. They messed up my nails one time and I was like eh whatever, mistakes happen. And I decided to bring a coworker with me to get our nails together. I called ahead but even so, when we got there we still had to wait a solid 20 minutes past our set time. When we did, everything was fine, we were chatting about work gossip and my coworkers nail tech snapped at her and said that she needs to stop talking because it's making him mess up the nails. And she wasnt even moving that much and I thought him snapping at her like that was very unprofessional. My tech was nice but very quiet, did a good job that time, and even she noticed and was like kinda glaring at him. He could have asked her nicely to try to be more still, but went straight to being aggressive to her. I was embarrassed to have brought her there. Be expected to NEVER pay the same amount for the same service every time. I have been charged $25-$38 for a fill w/ french tip gel and I always add a 20% tip, so I'm paying $30-$45 depending on who rings me up. It's really annoying, and I don't like getting into a conversation about the price every time I go in. I work full time, so I schedule a regular appointment, and twice recently the person I scheduled with wasn't in, yet I wasn't contacted and then had to wait until someone was free to take me. Not recommended for lashes. Good place for pedicures. Go to a professional lash artist instead, lesson learned in my end. They will ruin your lashes. The glue they use is not good. I had issues with clumps of glue on my lids that their tech had to pull off with tweezers because she uses too much. Hurt really bad. The excessive glue used just left balls of glue all along the lash line, so bad that when I closed my eye it hurt. It was my first experience with lashes so I didn't know any different. Trying to get them removed by a professional was hard because the glue wouldn't even dissolve. Very hard on your lashes. In the end after only one month of wear I was left with lashes that were a disaster. Split ends, broken, and damaged. I had a professional put a new set on and the experience was totally different. Very little glue should be used and it's much more gentle. It's not supposed to be balled up at the lash line and you shouldn't feel it at all. I don't recommend going here. They are a nail salon. Just get your Nails done. read more

I wish I didn't have to give it one star. I got in and seated no problem. The basic cheapest pedi is $23 add another $5 for callus removal. The leg massage was so short and not very relaxing. I don't think the whole thing took much longer than 30 minutes, if that. While he was doing my feet I told him I wanted to use the same polish on my hands. Well, he and the lady doing the guy next to me kept telling me that the gel would be better on my fingers because the regular polish would chip off in a couple of days. So, does that mean my toes will be chipped up in a couple of days? I hope not! Yeah, I caved and got the gel polish. It is close but NOT the same color as my toes! This was my second and LAST time going in this salon. They push the gel every time. My nails are not even smooth. My tech buffed 2 after they were dry and had to recoat them with the gel top coat. He should have buffed a few more while he was at it. Oh and I felt as if he didn't want to touch me the way he pushed my hands away after each step. By the time he was done I couldn't wait to get out of there. I shouldn't have left him a top but I did. In my opinion, THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I'm going back to Wal-Mart where I get treated with respect! One last thing... The 2 times I've been in, I've asked for my brows to be done too. Both times I've walked out without them being done. I should have to tell them over and over again what I want. If they can't remember, then someone else will. read more
