I've been taking our company vehicles to Premier for two years and recently their service has gone down hill. They are doing the bare minimum for a $200 service. They did not check my tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, or even my transmission fluid. They didn't offer to oil my hinges or wash my windows. During my most recent oil change they spilled oil all over my engine compartment and failed to communicate to the oil tech below the vehicle who hadn't installed the drain plug yet. Needless to say they exchanged words and had to let it quit draining to then refill with oil. They seemed like they were in rush, yet no one was behind me waiting. I can choose to go to any oil shop, but liked using them for the excellent service. Which they no longer provide. I'll have to take my business elsewhere going forward. read more

I am beyond upset with this car wash. It says that the car wash is touch-less on yelp (see photo), so I get there, pay for my car wash and get in line which you cannot get out of once you start, I then notice it is definitely NOT touch-less and I have no choice but to go through at this point. My car has swirls in my paint and it was THE FIRST Wash I took it through since I bought it a month ago. It's a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Beautiful car. called prior to sending my daughter to get oil change which they said would be 75.00 and sent her with my credit card info and so she calls me and said that it was going to be 400.00 and so I had her put manager on the phone and asked what the hell was going on , they were trying to charge her for a bunch of stuff not requested and still charged me over 100.00 for a oil change on a car, I have a Dodge Ram and have never paid that much for my truck, would never recommend this business and hate to see how many people fall into their trap read more

I often bring my own oil and filter and they are happy to apply a discount to my service and install the products I prefer on my vehicle. Bad customer service! They messed up my oil pan it's leaking and I've tried talking to the store manager and he was all oh we will take care of everything even the gas to get to the mechanic and all than once he heard it wasn't just a oil plug to replace that it has a Crack in my tank or what not he all sudden was like we gotta wait until he speaks to his district manager Justin and this guy man back and forth about going to personally check out my van at my mechanics shop to delays to checking it out finally after a week to only look at it for 3 seconds to try and say I hit something right on the plug and it's my fault! How the hell is it my fault your guys checked it out twice in one day before I took it to the shop retightening shit and never mentioned it looked like I hit something they said it looks like it leaked from somewhere else yeah my ass! So here my van sits at the mechanics for 2 weeks to finally speak to the owner for him to try to say the same shit as the district manager! You guys just don't want to own up to the fact it's your fault! Why the hell would I sit here and try to fix this out with you guys if I hit something and it was my fault are you kidding me! Waste of time knew they wouldn't own up to there shit! Will never use them again! Just costing me money for something I didn't do! Know you lost my whole families business! This review is for the car wash: I was pretty excited to see a touchless car wash in PC, it's just too bad it doesn't work well. I paid the extra $2 for the power dry, and it was the worse power dry I'd ever seen. When I pulled out of there I had water drops everywhere and had to use my wipers to see through the windshield - that tells you how bad it was. It's a good wash to get dust and pollen off, but it doesn't do anything for the bug splats. Too bad :/ read more

Came here my son's recommendation to get my oil changed during a visit from the Midwest. Super impressed with the professionalism of the staff, no pressure add on suggestions, the speed of service, and the quality of the work performed (I'm a jet aircraft mechanic, and I double checked what they did - habit). The free beverage for everyone in the vehicle, WiFi, and the free wash were nice touches. The touch free wash took care of 3,000 miles of baked on bugs, Utah salt flat dust, Wyoming mountain trail mud, and general road grime. I got a super price as a first time customer, but even their regular price seemed reasonable. Wish we had this outfit at home! read more

After handing over my debit card for a $235 oil change I have some thoughts about Premier Oil Change on Lake Blvd. If you don't like being upsold this is not the place for you. If you are not familiar with what your car needs and have to rely on the integrity of your service provider, this is definitely not the place for you! Also, if you do know what you need and what you don't, be prepared to stick to your guns through repeated sales pitches throughout the service. The employees were nice enough but they made no attempt to inform me about how much each of the DOZENS of services they "offered" would cost me until the end when my bill literally knocked the wind out of me. There are no signs to indicate how much things will cost so you're really at the mercy of the fast talking employees who pull out all the stops to sell you unnecessary services. I checked in with a trusted mechanic after my first (and last) budget-busting visit yesterday and he told me I had been taken to the cleaners. Not only did they charge a much higher than industry standard price for the oil change itself, they charged for things that are usually included in the price of the oil change - FOR EXAMPLE, they charged for the oil itself and the oil filter separately from the price of the oil change which is NOT industry standard. They also managed to upsell me into oblivion with services that weren't necessary or even recommended for my vehicle. It's a real bummer to feel taken advantage of, especially around the holidays when money is tight anyway. If you're going to go to this place, bring your game face and be prepared to deflect aggressive, sales pitches the entire time. I recommend passing on it all together. All the whistles and bells and free car washes can't make up for the lack of integrity I experienced here. Very disappointing. read more
