He did not upsell us, and ensured to let us know which gutters only needed repairing rather than full replacement to optimize the quote. On top of that, he completed the project with excellent quality and tremendous attention to details. When he could not finish in one day, he asked us to come back for a second day to ensure he does not rush the job. He even offered to repair and reattach wood boards and fascia's around the house that was damaged/loose prior to installing the gutters.
