Every bid included an X factor for wood repairs that might be needed, but could not be seen until the old roof was off. So it's hard to say it had the lowest end total, but it was right in there. More important, they did a nice job, showed up 4 days in a row right about 7 AM and got to work. Day 5 and 1 guy finished the last of the shingling, then a couple days later the new gutters were put on. As an add on we installed a sun tunnel over the hall. The roofers installed the metal flashing on the roof and referred us to another guy Roberto, to do the rest, who we paid separately.
